高层建筑给排水的消防问题 摘要：随着我国经济快速发展，很多城市正在加大力度进行现代化建设，建筑行业在机遇和挑战中快速发展。

高层建筑受到很大关注，尤其是高层建筑的消防问题，关乎到人们的日常生活，甚至是生命安全。

因此，必须加大对高层建筑消防的关注，注意高层建筑的设计和施工中的一些问题，寻找与之对应的优化方法和解决措施，力求减少甚至避免事故的发生。

Key words : High-rise buildings; Water supply and drainage; Fire protection 1.高层建筑给排水特点 随着我国社会经济水平的发展，城市人口快速增长，城市建筑用地面积减少，当前城市每平米的人口密度相比十年前翻了几倍，因此，高层建筑的数量急剧增加，一栋楼往往有几十户人家。

高层建筑虽然解决了用地面积的问题，但是也增加了消防的压力。

高层建筑中有住户数量多，水的需求量很大，故排水量也随之增加，因此高层建筑的给排水系统设计难度较高。

不同高度的楼层需要不同的水压，在设计上需要进行合理分区，一般来说，在高层分区水压很大，故必须选取更强度高的水管，同时依靠合理设计来缓解排水管道的压力，防止水管的损坏。

高层建筑的消防系统是相对独立的，与人们日常生活用水是不互通。

如果发生火灾，必须保证有充足的水源来扑灭火灾。

消防系统设计的好坏关乎到人们的生命财产，所以我们必须要重视消防系统的设计[1]。
