某工业园区污水处理工程设计文献综述

活性污泥法与工业废水处理 摘要 随着社会和经济的发展,中国的工业化程度与水平不断提高,工业废水规模不断增加,水污染问题逐渐严重。

大量工业废水未经处理直接排入环境,污染了大量水资源,加剧了我国水资源的紧缺。

近年来,国家日益重视水环境污染状况,加大了对水污染防治设施的建设投入。

由于处理率高、运行成本低、操作简单等特点,活性污泥法成为工业废水处理常用的方法之一,常见的活性污泥法有AAO、氧化沟、CAST和MBR工艺。

本文将对以上活性污泥法进行详细介绍,并进行比选,选择出本例中工业园区污水处理的主工艺。

关键词 工业园区污水处理;活性污泥法;AAO工艺;氧化沟工艺;CAST工艺;MBR膜生物处理工艺 Abstract:With the development of social and economy, the level of industrialization of China has been increasing, but at the same time, the problem of water pollution brought by industrialization has become more and more serious.A large number of industrial waste water is discharged into the environment without treatment, which pollutes a large amount of water resources, and intensifies the shortage of water resources in China.In recent years, the state has attached great importance to the water pollution and increased the investment in water pollution control facilities.The activated sludge process is one of the most common methods for industrial wastewater treatment because of its high treatment efficiency, low operation cost and simple operation,such as AAO, oxidation ditch, CAST and MBR process.In this paper, the activated sludge process will be introduced in detail, and the comparison and selection, the selection of the Industrial Park sewage treatment process. 但是与此同时工业化带来的水污染问题也愈发显著。

随着水资源的短缺和水体污染的加剧,各个国家对于水体保护的要求也日益提高,制定了更加严格的污水处理和排放标准,从”量”和”质”两方面对污水处理和排放提出了更为严格的要求[1]。

以本设计中的乌鲁木齐高新区甘泉堡工业园区的污水处理项目为例,因服务范围内有新材料、煤化工、机械、建材、化工等企业,故进水水质较常规的生活污水浓度高。

工程出水水质执行一级A排放标准。
