本工程位于南京市,一层为服务大厅、办公室和茶室,二层为KTV包间和桑拿房,三~六层为客房,建筑总面积为10886平方米,建筑总标高22.2米。

本建筑楼顶上都有一块结构比较好的平台,可以考虑放置一些空调机组,现在国家对节能方面要求比较严格,考虑到空气源热泵比较灵活并且运行时比较节能,本建筑地处南京,南京风量比较充足,可以有效利用这个天然能源,冬天可用作供热,夏天可用作制冷。该建筑一楼左半边均为办公室以及些商务区,右边为宾馆的大堂以及容客人休息的茶室,而二楼大多为棋牌室,KTV室,以及部分包间,三楼至六楼为宾馆的主功能区,均为宾馆的客房,房间较多,面积较小。综上所述,对于该宾馆均选择新风机组加风盘。

本建筑地处繁华地区,周围没有合适的水塘或者湖泊,不可钻打地下井等,所以不采用水源热泵或者地源热泵机组。其周围没有可利用的废热,故不采用溴化锂吸收式冷水机组。由于本工程所在地域也没有城市热网可利用,并且机房面积比较紧张,南京地区属于夏热冬冷地区,适合使用空气源热泵(空气源热泵机组置于屋顶)。其周围没有可利用的废热,故不采用溴化锂吸收式冷水机组。考虑到南京地区所处的地理位置和气象参数,冬季温度并不是很低,可以考虑采用风冷热泵作为夏季的冷源,同时作为冬季的热源。由于本建筑地处繁华地区,周围没有合适的水塘或者湖泊,不可钻打地下井等,所以不采用水源热泵或者地源热泵机组。

Abstract

This project is located in the city of Nanjing, the first floor is service hall, offices and a tea house, the second floor are KTV rooms and sauna room, the hotel rooms are all located on the three to six floor . the total construction area is 10886 square meters, the height is 2.2 meters.

Because the building roof has a better structure of platform, we can consider to place some of the air conditioning unit there.Now the state of energy-saving requirements are more and more stringent, and the air source heat pump is more flexible , energy-saving and it is locate d in Nanjing where the air volume is sufficient and effective to be used as natural energy.In addition when winter is coming, it can be used to heating, In summer it can be used for cooling,it is very convenient. on the left of the first floor, half for office and half for business district, on the right of the first floor,there is a big tea room for guests to rest. On the second floor there are many rooms with different functions such as the chess room, KTV rooms, and rooms, on the third floor to the sixth floor are all Hotel rooms, which is of great mass and small. Therefore , fresh air units plus the wind plate is the best choice.

As the construction is located in the downtown area, there is no suitable reservoir or lake and we can not drill underground wells, so water source heat pump or ground source heat pump units is not suitable. No waste heat available around it, so do not use absorption chiller.Due to the project location where there is no urban heating network for utilization, and an area of rooms are relatively tight, Nanjing are located in the hot summer and cold winter area, suitable for the use of air source heat pump (air source heat pump unit is arranged on the roof). Taking the geographical position and meteorological parameters in Nanjing into account.. And the winter temperature is not very low, and the air cooling heat pump can be considered as the cold source of summer, and also as the winter heat source.
