联投广场18#楼土建工程招标文件编制毕业论文

摘 要
在本次毕业设计中，通过编制联投广场18#楼土建工程招标文件，熟悉和了解建设项目的招标程序，掌握招标文件的编制过程和方法。首先根据对设计图纸、工程概况等相关资料的学习，明确本次毕业设计的项目的招标范围、方式以及主要合同条款等，然后综合运用所学的工程量清单计算、工程造价软件的应用等知识，使得本次招标文件的编制能够独立完整地完成。本工程的招标文件根据《标准施工招标文件》的主要内容及格式来编写，本招标文件的特点是采用工程量清单计价法，工程量清单采用广联达BIM土建计量平GTJ2018软件编制，综合评估法是根据本工程的特点，参照主流国内外工程招标中的评标方法所确定的。本工程的招标范围包括完整的土建工程以及部分的装饰装修工程。
本次工作报告的内容包括简要的工程概况、毕业设计的主要内容、工程量计算过程中的部分计算式及工程量清单编制时的中间成果。

Abstract
In this graduation design, through the preparation of the bidding documents for the civil engineering of 18# building of the Liantou Plaza, familiar with and understand the bidding procedures of the construction project, and master the preparation process and methods of the bidding documents. First of all, according to the study of design drawings, project overview and other relevant materials, the bidding scope, mode and main contract terms of the project of this graduation project are defined, and then the preparation of this bidding document is completed independently and completely by using the knowledge of bill of quantities calculation, application of project cost software and so on. The bidding document of the project is prepared according to the main content and format of the standard construction bidding document. The characteristics of this bidding document are that the pricing method of bill of quantities is adopted, and the bill of quantities is compiled by the software GTJ2018 of Guanglianda BIM civil engineering measurement flat. According to the characteristics of this project and referring to the evaluation methods in the mainstream domestic and foreign project bidding, this design determines to use the comprehensive evaluation method. The bidding scope of the project includes complete civil engineering and part of decoration works.
The contents of this work report include brief project overview, main contents of graduation project, part of calculation formula in the process of engineering quantity calculation and intermediate results in the preparation of engineering quantity list.
