摘 要
本毕业设计招标文件是以NO2018.G50地块项目_1#的设计图纸以及有关国家标准和行业规范为依据，结合办公楼具体的建筑环境、工程地质条件和水文气象等进行编制。在这次毕业设计中，进行的工作包括收集大量的招标需要的法律法规和编制工程量清单等。
Abstract
This bidding document for graduation design is based on the design drawings of NO 2018.G50_1# Base and relevant national standards and industry specifications, and is compiled in combination with the specific building environment, engineering geological conditions and hydrometeorology of the office building. In this graduation project, my work included collecting a large number of laws and regulations required by bidding and compiling the bill of quantities.
The main contents of the bidding documents include1. Tender announcement; 2. Instructions to bidders and the pre-attached table of instructions to bidders; 3. Terms of the contract; 4. Format of part of the letter of tender; 5. Format of the technical bid part of the bidding document; 6. Format of the commercial part of the bidding documents; 7. Bid opening and evaluation; 8. Drawings; 9. Bill of quantities: 10. Documents for bid qualification examination.
The qualification examination method of this bidding document is the post-qualification examination, and the bid assessment method adopts "The lowest evauluated bidding price", and adopts the bill of quantities of 2013 edition and consumption quota of 2018 edition

第一章 绪论
在本次课设中，招标是指招标人就是我们葛城房地产开发有限公司，事先发出招标公告到南京招投标网站上，由本次招标方葛城房地产开发有限公司出资，让投标人在期限时间内完成任务并邀请投标人(卖方)参加投标的行为。熟读现阶段所有的图纸文件，有益于我们今后的工作学习。
招标文件是招标招标和投标人投标两者活动中最最重要的法律文件，投标人用此文件权衡项目的收益，如果可行便依此来准备接下来的材料，再当中如果出现自己权益受害，招标文件也是一个依据。招标文件编制有着严格的流程，并且其水平关系着整个招标工作的成败。招标单位编制招标文件本着“三公”的基本原则，使招标文件做到精练、准确、清楚。在编制招标文件时，需要查阅相关文件资料和有关文献，以及当地项目的法律法规，熟练运用广联达软件来计算相应工程量清单，对工程中可能发生的情况做出处理方案，考虑周到。
毕业设计的最终目标就是理论知识应用到实际，提前适应工作所用，锻炼自己独立思考的能力，进一步加深、巩固和掌握所学的专业基础知识，认真仔细的完成每一部分清单计算。选择招投标文件的编制作为我的毕业设计，是希望能提高自己对施工图的认知，能看图识图，熟练运用广联达软件，熟悉招投标工作的每一个步骤，为以后独立工作打好基础
