摘 要

我国的市场经济体质不断发展，建设项目的业主及承包方都需要对项目的造价信息进行准确的把握。工程造价咨询单位便可以提供这样的服务。工程造价咨询单位是一种中介机构，它可以为项目业主、承包方等主体提供造价的控制和管理方面的帮助。

我国的造价咨询业在有关部门的帮助下，不断探索，对行业的管理制度和规范进行了改革和完善。但是，综观目前我国造价咨询行业的现状，我们不难发现本行业中的工程造价咨询企业普遍实力薄弱、公司规模偏小、技术力量不强。造价咨询公司的造价管理业务也存在着造价数据分析功能弱、全过程管理进展不快、项目群管理能力不强、数据积累和共享困难、企业核心竞争力薄弱。

BIM作为一种新生技术，在提升工程造价管理水平、提高工程造价管理效率、实现工程造价乃至整个工程生命周期信息化的过程中，都具有无可比拟的优势：提高工程量计算的效率和准确性、强化设计阶段的成本控制力度、提高工程造价分析能力、真正实现造价全过程管理。

利用BIM能够迅速、便捷、高效的满足业主不断增长且越来越趋于苛刻的需求，并且不断变革着传统造价咨询企业的业务范围、服务手段、服务理念。因此，探讨BIM技术对造价咨询行业的影响并提出行业应对策略具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT

China's market economy continues to develop, the construction project owners and contractors are required to accurately grasp the project cost information. Engineering cost advisory unit will be able to provide such services. Engineering cost advisory unit is an intermediary agency, it can project owners, contractors and other subjects to provide cost control and management help.

The cost consulting industry in our country, with the help of the relevant departments, has been exploring and reforming and improving the management system and standard of the industry. However, in the present situation of our country's cost consulting industry, we can find the engineering cost consultation enterprise generally weak, the company scale is small, the technology is not strong. The cost management of engineering cost consulting company business also has cost data analysis function is weak, progress of whole process management, project management capability is not strong, data accumulation and sharing difficulties, the core competitiveness of enterprises is weak.

BIM as a new technology, in improving project cost management level, improve the efficiency of project cost management, project cost and the whole project life cycle information, have incomparable advantages: improve the engineering quantity accuracy and the efficiency of calculation.

The use of BIM can quickly, easily and efficiently meet the needs of the owners growing and increasingly demanding, and constantly changing the traditional cost consulting enterprise business scope, service means, service concept. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the impact of BIM technology on the cost consulting industry and put forward the countermeasures of the industry.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

建设市场化程度的不断提高，无论是业主还是承包商都需要根据工程本身的情况和市场多变的因素加强对项目工程造价的控制，在这样的环境下，工程造价咨询行业应运而生^[1]。工程造价咨询单位是一种中介机构，它可以为项目业主、承包方等主体提供造价的控制和管理方面的帮助。伴随我国国民经济的持续发展以及人们生活水平不断提高，居民对房屋的需求也越来越大，巨大的市场需求带动了我国建筑业蓬勃发展。国家统计局相关数据显示，我国建筑业生产总值从2007年51043.7亿元急剧增长到2015年180757亿元，增幅高达254%，平均每年的增幅达到32%。建筑业生产总值的不断增长同时，造价咨询企业的工程造价咨询业务的营业额也不断增长，如图1.1所：
