摘 要

建筑行业过程是一个较复杂的过程中，信息传递与交流是一个非常重要的环节，决定了建筑项目的成本，质量和工期，传统的建筑行业在运行过程中主要依靠手工，制图和图纸限制了信息交流的效率与准确性，因此传统运行方式需要急切改革。“互联网 ”的发展，电子商务发展日益突出，它最大的功能就是简化传统方式中的繁琐过程，大大提高了建筑项目运行效率，但是与其他行业相比，建筑业发展电子商务还十分有限，没有建立一个相对完善的电子商务体系，因此，建立一套完整的电子商务体系是目前建筑业的一个重要的研究课题。

本文首先阐述了互联网在我国的发展速度及趋势及各个行业在互联网的结合下的飞速发展，我国正在进行互联网革命，然后从建筑业电子商务的角度出发，总体分析概括了电子商务的概念，电子商务的发展，在建筑行业中的一些优势，分析国内外在此方面的研究及建设现状，我国建筑业互联网改革的必要性，建筑业电子商务发展虽是趋势，也有很多优势，但是目前也有很多问题还没有解决，分析目前发展的物联网，大数据等相关技术对电子商务的适应性及优势，然后根据建筑业及电子商务的特点提出建设电子商务平台的原则，根据这些原则总体阐述了电子商务平台的特点，然后总体上构建了电子商务框架体系，根据项目的全生命周期的特点及运行方式，构建了各个阶段电子商务平台的功能框架，各功能框架的运行过程及步骤。最后，对本文指出不足，对未来研究方向做出展望。
