长春市农村人居环境整治的策略研究

摘要

人居环境是人们生存的最基本条件，随着时代的不断发展，在解决温饱问题后，农村居民的生活环境高低受到了人民群众更多的关注。特别是新农村及乡村振兴的指导思想下，农村人居环境问题的提升成为了政府更加想要解决的问题之一。政府已经针对农村社会现状，出台了一系列的提升农村人居环境的政策。经过努力，农村人居环境比之前已经有了很大的改善。但是由于受到了现实生活中各种条件的制约，在进行农村人居环境整治过程中会遇到各种困难，所以农村人居环境的治理还需要政府和人民的不断努力。本文以吉林省长春市周边农村为研究对象，针对这些农村的实际情况，结合所学过的理论对其进行系统分析。根据实地调研考察，把握长春市周边农村人居环境的整治情况，结合各个地区对于农村人居环境治理的具体做法，提出相应问题并提出相关解决方案，从而进一步推进长春市周边农村人居环境的发展工作。本文一共分为五部分，第一部分主要阐述了文章命题的研究背景及研究目标，提出相关研究方法，并对国内外研究情况进行了总结；第二部分提出了农村人居环境的相关概念和理论知识作为整篇论文的理论基础；第三部分是根据对于长春市周边农村人居环境的实地考察及资料收集总结出的现状分析；第四部分，是深入对长春市周边农村地区的实地调查后，总结长春市近年来实施农村人居环境三年整治计划，分析采用的治理原则和具体做法；第五部分是根据以上分析，从政府、社会、居民三个层次提出对于农村人居环境治理的相关意见和建议。

在社会经济水平不断提升的情况下，人居环境水平的高低对于我们生活水平的影响越来愈大，本文运用归纳分析法、文献资料法、案例比较法，在对长春市周边农村人居环境进行考察的前提下，提出了相关建议，希望能对今后的农村人居环境整治行动提供意见。

Abstract

The living environment is the most basic condition for people#39;s survival. With the continuous development of the times, after solving the problem of food and clothing, the living environment of rural residents has received more attention from the people. Especially under the guiding ideology of new rural areas and rural revitalization, the improvement of rural human settlements has become one of the problems that the government wants to solve more. The government has issued a series of policies to improve the rural living environment in response to the current status of rural society. After hard work, the rural living environment has been greatly improved than before. However, due to various conditions in real life, various difficulties will be encountered in the process of renovating the rural human settlement environment. Therefore, the governance of the rural human settlement environment still requires the continuous efforts of the government and the people. This paper takes the rural areas surrounding Changchun City, Jilin Province as the research object, and conducts a systematic analysis of these rural areas in combination with the theories learned. Based on field investigations and investigations, we will grasp the improvement of the rural residential environment around Changchun City, combine the specific practices of each region with regard to the governance of the rural residential environment, put forward corresponding problems and put forward relevant solutions, so as to further promote the rural residential environment around Changchun City. This article is divided into five parts. The first part mainly elaborates the research background and research objectives of the article proposition, puts forward related research methods, and summarizes the research situation at home and abroad; the second part puts forward the relevant concepts and theories of rural human settlement environment Knowledge is used as the theoretical basis of the whole paper; the third part is based on the current situation analysis and data collection of the rural residential environment around Changchun City; the fourth part is after an in-depth field investigation of the rural areas around Changchun City , Summarizing the implementation of the three-year rural settlement environment remediation plan in Changchun City in recent years, analyzing the governance principles and specific practices adopted; the fifth part is based on the above analysis, from three levels of government, society and residents. Relevant opinions and suggestions.

With the continuous improvement of the social and economic level, the level of the human settlement environment has an increasing impact on our living standards. This paper uses the inductive analysis method, literature method, and case comparison method. On the premise of the investigation, relevant suggestions were put forward, hoping to provide opinions on the actions for the improvement of the rural residential environment in the future.
