摘 要

本次产品设计课的设计课题为城市个人轻型短途交通工具的设计。短途出行活动,已经成为城市居民出行行为的主要内容,特别是发展中国家,城市化进程逐步推进,城市出行问题逐渐显现出来,对于短途出行工具的需求日渐提高,尤其在城市个人代步工具设计上出现同质化现象,需要重新寻找新的创意切入点,本次设计任务将采用模块化设计以降低成本和满足不同场景的需求,优化交通工具的使用感受,设计出更有竞争力的城市个人轻型短途交通工具设计。

通过系统的产品设计方法,首先对现有城市个人交通工具进行市场调研,了解城市交通和个人交通发展的现状,并分析市场现有的新能源交通工具的发展前景和优劣势,其次进行设计调研分析功能和实现原理,通过用户调研对用户的需求进行分析,选择合适的人群作为切入点,然后对人机功能进行分析了解相关法律法规,最终确定设计定位。之后进行方案设计,结构设计,人机交互的分析设计,通过整理的筛选,确定最终的方案。

设计作品减轻了原有车辆体量,造型得到了改良,更为理想、环保,能带来不错短途出行体验的新型个人交通工具。

THE DESIGN OF URBAN PERSONAL LIGHT SHORT-DISTANCE TRANSPORTATION

Abstract

The design topic of this product design course is the design of urban personal light short-distance transportation. Short-distance travel activities have become the main content of urban residents' travel behavior. Especially in developing countries, the urbanization process is gradually advancing, and urban travel problems are gradually emerging. The demand for short-distance travel tools is increasing day by day, especially the homogenization phenomenon in the design of urban personal travel tools, and new creative breakthrough points need to be found again. Our goal is to use modular design to reduce costs and meet the needs of different scenes, optimize its use experience, and design more competitive urban personal light short-distance transportation design.

Through the system of product design method, first of all to the existing urban personal vehicles for market research, understand the present situation of the urban traffic and personal development, and analysis of the existing market prospects of the development of new energy vehicles and the advantages and disadvantages, secondly design research analysis function and implementation principle, through the user survey to analyze the needs of users, select right people as the breakthrough point, and then analyze the human-machine function understanding of relevant laws and regulations, determine the final design. After that, the scheme design, structure design and human-computer interaction analysis and design were carried out. The final scheme was determined through sorting and screening.

This paper analyzes the existing short-distance travel tools, investigates the safety and convenience of using low-speed electric tools, improves the shape under the condition of reducing the body weight, and designs a more ideal environment-friendly new-type personal transportation tool that can bring good short-distance travel experience.
