智能水果贮藏器造型设计毕业论文

摘 要

水果在人们的日常饮食中占据着很重要的一节。水果含有的生物酶、无机盐、维生素和植物纤维等是人体所必需的维生素,因为水果中所含的脂肪和蛋白质较少,所以水果对人们的健康就有了较大的意义。独特的香味与颜色是水果特征,不仅能够刺激人们的食欲、还可以促进消化,增强身体健康。但水果因为有较强的季节性、以及自身容易腐烂的特性,所以存放就成了问题。如今消费者对水果的需求量增加,且又有多样性,因而水果如何贮藏保鲜的问题值得重视。消费水平的大幅度提高导致了人均占有果量上升,但因为我国对水果贮藏保鲜技术的研究起步较晚,对于水果的生命变化特征、变质腐败的过程研究仍然不够,所以导致大部分人还无法分辨水果的活动变化,从而浪费了大量的水果。

例如英国曾开展过一起对废物与资源行动项目的调研与研究,研究人员于二零零八年四月七日公开发布了一系列有关英国家庭食物浪费的调查数字。研究人员对英国11个地区约2100百户家庭展开了调查。他们在调查的过程中定期去分析受访家庭的垃圾桶,统计出各家丢弃的垃圾种类。从公布的调查数字来看,英国家庭产生的垃圾中40%为食物垃圾,且水果所占的比例极大。以苹果为例,每天会有四百四十万个苹果被丢弃,相当于一年浪费苹果十七万吨。而英国全部家庭苹果的年购入量为六十万吨,其中,约有三分之一的苹果会被丢弃。很多人对于不知道如何辨别水果的变质程度,往往都是等彻底变质后选择丢弃,所以会造成大量浪费。所以如果有一款能够追踪水果新鲜度的保鲜容器,时刻提醒人们水果的新鲜程度,则会大大的降低浪费的概率。

Intelligent fruit and vegetable freshener

Abstract

The main components of fruits and vegetables are some vitamins, inorganic salts, biological enzymes, and plant fibers necessary for the human body. Fruits and vegetables contain less protein and fat. Therefore, fruits and vegetables have great significance for people's health. Fruit also stimulates appetite, promotes digestion, and enhances physical health with its unique aroma and color. However, the strong seasonal, regional and perishable nature of fruit and vegetable production contradicts the diversity of consumers' demand for fruit and vegetables and the urgency of adjusting the off-season. Therefore, the problem of fruit and vegetable storage and preservation is becoming increasingly prominent. Consumption levels and the amount of fruit per capita have increased significantly. In addition, the basic research of fruit storage and preservation in China started late, and the research on the changes of some fruits' life activities and the mechanism of spoilage is still insufficient.

For example, researchers from the UK's Waste and Resources Initiative released a series of surveys on food waste in UK households on April 7, 2008. Researchers surveyed about 2,100 households in 11 parts of the UK. During the survey, they regularly checked the trash bins of the surveyed households, counted the types of trash thrown by each household, and finally sorted out the survey results and extrapolated the amount of food waste in households across the UK. Judging from the published survey figures. Four of the household waste in the UK has become food waste, and fruit and vegetable waste is extremely serious. Take Apple as an example, 4.4

million apples are thrown into the trash every day, which is equivalent to wasting 179,000 tons of apples a year. The annual purchase volume of British household apples is 600,000 tons, of which, waste accounts for about one-third of the purchase volume. Many people do not know how to distinguish the deterioration degree of fruits and vegetables, often choose to discard after the complete deterioration, so it will cause a lot of waste. Therefore, if there is a fresh-keeping container that can track the freshness of fruits and vegetables, and always remind people of the freshness of fruits and vegetables, the probability of waste will be greatly reduced.
