陶瓷便携茶具设计研究毕业论文

摘 要

当今科技发展迅速,生活节奏日益加快,在这样一个时代大背景下,人们不再为温饱问题苦恼,而是将重点转向了更加健康、享受的层面。尤其是饮茶文化日益普及、饮茶需求日益成熟的今天,茶具在整个饮茶活动中占据了至关重要的地位。从古人聚会饮茶作诗,到现在的人们会友饮茶谈心,几千年来技术、文化、审美等的变化无不影响着茶具的设计,如今材质各异的茶杯茶壶以及智能茶壶横行市场,但仍然有许多人选择使用陶瓷制的茶具。事实上人们在选择茶具时,不仅仅将其作为一种盛放茶水的容器,更是为了整个茶具产品中所具有的人文理念和饮茶情怀。茶杯的造型、材质、色彩等不仅是为了茶具的功能以及简单的装饰、更是为了满足消费者的心理诉求。如今常见的泡茶方法有传统泡法和功夫茶泡法,根据这两种泡法中对于茶具的使用频率来看,使用频率较高的茶具有茶壶、茶杯、盖碗、茶池、茶海、茶挟、茶巾、茶针、茶漏、茶叶罐、盏托、茶则和茶匙共十三种器具。现在市面上许多茶具为了达到便携的目的,舍弃了其中许多部件,将泡茶过程缩短为放茶叶、冲泡短短两步,在缩小体量的同时也大大削减了泡茶过程的艺术性、趣味性以及仪式感。因此,如何设计便携茶具并协调其为了功能对人情味的取舍成为便携茶具设计面临的问题。针对这一难题,我对希望融入茶具中的意象、茶的相关信息以及现有的陶瓷工艺做了相关的资料收集,并就祥云锁纹案在当代的意义和价值做了相关的研究,为整个论文课题的开展打下了基础;同时做了用户调研以及竞品分析的相关工作,对于市场需求和现有产品痛点分析有了一定程度的了解。设计过程中,在老师们的帮助下,我不断推进和完善便携陶瓷茶具设计。在不断的学习和推敲的过程中,我发现,想要设计出更好的便携茶具产品,就应该在保证传统茶具原有古色古香的艺术韵味及人情味的前提下融入现代设计理念,创新改良茶具产品的整体造型,做出便于携带和收纳的茶具产品。

Abstract

Today, science and technology are growing in an incredible fast speed, the pace of our daily life is accelerating day by day, people are now no longer worried about food and clothing, but focusing on a more healthy and enjoyable way of life. Especially with the growing popularization of tea-drinking culture and the increasing demand of tea-drinking today, tea sets are playing an important role in the whole tea-drinking activities. From ancient people meeting to drink tea to make poems, to people meeting friends to drink tea and talk to each other nowadays, changes in technology, culture and aesthetics over thousands of years have all affected the design of tea sets. Nowadays, Tea Cups and teapots of different materials and intelligent teapots are prevailing in the market, but many people still choose to use ceramic tea sets. In fact, when people choose tea set, not only as a container to hold tea, but also for the whole tea set products with the humanistic philosophy and tea feelings. The shape, material and color of the Tea Cup are not only for the function of the tea set and the simple decoration, but also to meet the psychological demands of consumers. The common methods of making tea today are the traditional method and the Kungfu method. According to the frequency of use of tea sets in these two methods, there are 13 types of tea ware in common use: Teapot, Teacup, teacup, Lid Bowl, tea pool, tea sea, tea towel, tea needle, tea drain, tea pot, saucer, tea set and spoon. Many tea sets on the market now, in order to achieve the goal of Portability, have abandoned many of their components, shortening the brewing process to put tea leaves, brewing a short two-step, in reducing the volume at the same time also greatly reduced the process of making tea artistic, fun and ritual sense. Therefore, how to design portable tea set and how to coordinate the function of human interest becomes the problem of portable tea set design. In view of this problem, I have collected the relevant data about the image of tea ware, the relevant information about tea and the existing ceramic craft, and have done the relevant research on the significance and value of the auspicious cloud lock pattern in the present age, at the same time, we have done the related work of user research and competitive product analysis, and have a certain understanding of the market demand and existing product pain point analysis. In the process of design, with the help of Ye, I constantly promote and improve the design of portable ceramic tea set. In the process of continuous study and deliberation, I found that if you want to design a better portable tea set products, you should integrate modern design concepts under the premise of guaranteeing the original Antique Artistic Flavor and human touch of traditional tea set, innovation and improvement of the overall shape of tea ware products to make easy to carry and receive tea ware products.

绪论

第一章 浅析茶具演变过程

1.1茶具的出现

早在三千多年前,茶饮成为一种饮料之后,用于盛放茶水的容器也相继开始出现。缶是我国最早的陶制饮茶器具,口小肚大,但在当时并未出现专门茶具这种概念,所以当时也常常将食具和酒具拿来做茶具使用。公元前206年至208年,西汉王褒的《僮约》是中国茶具历史上最早记述有关于茶具的史料,其中记载了烹茶的相关工具;考古发掘出的西汉时期瓷器文物也为其做了有力的证据,江浙上虞地区出土的瓷器文物中有壶、碗、杯、盏等,被认定为世界上最早的陶瓷茶具。

西汉时期出现茶具以后,茶具实际上还尚未普及,在当时茶叶常被作为配料,与食物一同加工,而很少被当做饮料。在中间这段过渡期内,有些茶具既可以作茶具,也能作其他器具使用;而有的茶具便只是专用茶具,即这段时期内,公用茶具与专用茶具并存。当时,茶饮早已成为一种大众饮料,但当时还未形成完整的茶文化,甚至并不将茶作为饮料饮用。根据三国张揖的《广雅》中记载:“荆、巴间采叶做饼,叶老者,饼成,以米膏出之。欲煮茗饮,先灸令赤色,捣末置瓷器中,以汤浇覆之,用葱、姜、橘子辅之,其饮醒酒,令人不眠。”从中可以看出,曾经湖北、四川一代的人们,会用老的茶叶和米膏一起制成茶饼食用。想要煮成茶饮用时,应先将其炙烤成红色,碾成末,加上作料如葱、姜、橘子皮等。拿汤浇过后饮用。这种茶叶的食用方法既可以用来解渴,也能充饥。汉代后直至唐代之间,食具、酒具和茶具在形态功能上也并不存在明显的界限,大多是时候都是一具两用甚至是一具多用。而且同为饮具的酒具和茶具共用时间则更长,甚至到了今天还有很多人家在这样混用。但是如果单说陶瓷茶具的话,当时还是未成体系的,真正形态功能完备、配套齐全的茶具是经过了西晋南北朝时期的发展,直到唐代才出现的。
