(1) thesignificance of the project:

as amodern means of transportation, automobile is becoming more and moreindispensable in people's daily life. it also plays an important role inpromoting world economic development and improving people's material life. inrecent years, the number of vehicles in china continues to rise. at the sametime, with the increasingly tense global energy and deteriorating ecologicalenvironment, automobile products are developing in the direction of energyconversation and environmental protection. electric vehicles have become a hotspot of research in various countries. compared with the traditional fuelvehicles, there are great differences in the energy storage mode, driving modeand vehicle layout of electric vehicles, which makes the crash safety ofelectric vehicles unique. in the crash process of electric vehicles, energy-absorbingstructure can play the role of buffering and absorbing crash energy, so as toreduce the intrusion of the cockpit in the crash process and ensure the safetyof passengers.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2. thebasic content/goals/technical solutions of the project

(1) basiccontents:

completethe design of the energy-absorbing structure of the front part of an electric vehicle,and draw its three-dimensional design drawings and two-dimensional drawings.through the simulation under different crash conditions, the strain anddisplacement of energy-absorbing structure are analyzed. based on the method offinite element analysis, the topological space of energy-absorbing structure isestablished. based on the idea of lightweight, the energy-absorbing structureof the front of the electric vehicle is optimized by using hca (hybrid cellularautomata). finally, an optimal structure satisfying the requirements of crashperformance is obtained, and the new two-dimensional drawings andthree-dimensional design drawings are given.
