摘 要

现代科技和技术的发展十分的快捷与迅速,在生活、学习和工作中,我们都会发现控制系统在其中起到了非常重要的作用。比如浴室的湿度控制开关,当浴室中的湿度超过一定范围的时候,风扇系统就会启动;再比如火电站的烧煤发电的工作室中,工作环境下的温度超过预警范围之后,火警报警系统也会启动。在二战之后,传统的控制技术系统,已经逐渐不能满足现代社会的需求。如人工控制这种灵敏差,价格高的落后系统已经不适应现代社会的要求,即使是后来发展的程序控制系统其独立性、安全性和灵敏性都不能满足现代化大规模生产需要。因此我们在这里来介绍一种新型的控制系统,它是基于采集卡这种可以获取数字信号并加以保存的外端设备为基础,并通过计算机网络加以传输和控制。它主要用于家庭小型电器工作或者工业化生产过程当中。它的控制对象是直流电动机,通过应用程序所生成的函数进行仿真,通过初始化设置、微分设置、积分设置,将输入的信号脉冲,转化成我们所需的控制信号,然后对直流电机加以控制。

这次主要来介绍其主控端,也就是整个控制系统的由来,PID控制系统具有更高的独立性,不易受外部环境影响,具有更高的精确度,在微小时间单位中也能体现出信号的变化,从而达到精准性的控制,也更适用于大规模的廉价生产,避免了高昂的人工费用,体现了其作为元件的经济性。所以我们可以看出,PID控制系统与传统控制系统相比,不仅有更好的工作优势,并且具有更广泛的潜力和应用范围。

C 执行速度快,开发的程序扩展性强,且灵活多变,随时能够调用一切Win32函数。MFC不仅仅是一个类库,还具备研发应用程序所需的框架,有现成的向导以及资源,对Windows应用程序的研发进程起到了极大的推动作用。

Abstract

The development of modern science and technology is very fast and rapidly, in the life, study and work, we will find control system plays a very important role in the. Such as bathroom humidity control switch, when the humidity in the bathroom over a range of time, fan system will start; again than fire power plants burning coal power studio in, working environment temperature exceeds the warning range, fire alarm system will start. After the Second World War, traditional control system, has been unable to meet the needs of modern society. Such as artificial control the sensitive difference, high prices of the backward system has not adapted to the requirements of modern society , even later in the development of the program control system of the independence, security and sensitivity are far from meeting the needs of modern large-scale production. So we here to introduce a new kind of control system, it is based on the acquisition card, which can obtain digital signal and save the outer end of the equipment as the foundation, and through the computer network to be transmission and control. It is mainly used for family small electrical appliances or industrial production process. Its control object is DC motor, generated through the application of the function simulation, by initializing the set, differential settings, set points, the input signal pulse into what we need Control signal, then control the DC motor.

The mainly introduce the main control end, origin is also the whole control system, PID control system has higher independence, is not easy to be affected by the external environment, with higher precision, small time units to reflect signal changes, so as to achieve accurate control, more suitable for mass production of cheap, to avoid the high cost of labour, reflecting the its as a component of the economy. So we can see, compared to the PID control system and traditional control system, not only have better work, and has wider potential and scope of application.

C implementation speed, strong expansion program development, and flexible, ready to call all the Win32 function.MFC not only is a class library, also has research and development of application program framework, there are ready-made guide and resource and the development process of Windows applications to the great role in promoting.
