手持式空气质量检测仪设计毕业论文

摘 要

随着社会的发展与进步,人们在科学领域得到了很大的提升,给人们的生活品质带来了巨大的提升。但是,在科学事业高速发展,生活品质急速提升的同时也给人们的环境带来了一定程度的破坏,比如在家居装修过程中产生了大量的污染物。这些生产过程所产生的有害物质对人体带来了严重的危害。其中甲醛、粉尘这些主要污染物对身体的伤害最为严重,因此,设计空气质量检测仪对于掌握空气污染情况,保护人体健康具有重要意义。

本课题设计的手持式空气质量检测仪由STC89C52单片机最小系统、ZE08-CH2O型电化学甲醛模组、GP2Y1010AU粉尘传感器、ADC0832模数转换器模块、LCD1602液晶显示模块、便携式电源、蜂鸣器报警模块组成。单片机通过ADC0832转换芯片采集两种传感器的实时信号,在经过单片机对采集的信号进行处理后在LCD1602上显示空气中的质量,当通过传感器转换而来的数据大于粉尘浓度和甲醛浓度的设置上限时,蜂鸣器和发光二极管发出声光报警。系统调试结果表明设计的空气质量检测仪能成功完成空气质量检测,运行稳定,能够实现设计要求,并且粉尘浓度的测量上限能够通过按键进行调控。

ABSTRACT

With the development of society and progress, people in the field of science has been greatly improved, to the people's quality of life has been greatly improved. However, the rapid development of science and industry, the quality of life has also been a rapid increase in people's environment has brought a certain degree of damage, such as a large number of pollutants in the process of home decoration. These harmful substances produced by the production process have brought serious harm to human body. Among them, formaldehyde and dust are the most serious damage to the body. Therefore, it is important to design the air quality detector to control the air pollution and to protect the health of human body.

This topic design hand-held air quality detector consists of STC89C52 MCU minimum system, ZE08-CH2O electrochemical formaldehyde module, gp2y1010au dust sensor, ADC0832 module, LCD1602 liquid crystal display module, portable power supply, a buzzer alarm module. SCM through the ADC0832 conversion chip of two kinds of sensors for real-time signal acquisition, after processed by the single chip microcomputer to collect signals in the LCD1602 display in the air quality, when through the sensor switching and data is greater than the set limit of dust concentration and the concentration of formaldehyde, buzzer and light-emitting diodes give out sound and light alarm. System debugging results show that the design of the air quality tester can successfully complete the air quality testing, stable operation, can achieve the design requirements, and dust concentration measurement limit can be controlled by key..
