ABSTRACT

Electronic Scale is a kind of equipped that with electronic weighing scale device, also widely used in commercial sales. from the 20th century, the mid-60s analog electronic scale simulation of the development and production, experienced a simulated electronic scales,digital electronic scales and electronic scales computer in three stages,functions including setting various parameters, automatic processing and gross weight, net weight, tare weight and tired of the show, such as value-added Parameter settings in order to manage and convenience comes with the top computer serial communication interface.

In this paper, quantitative-oriented packaging weighing control, both at home and abroad from the design of programmable weighing controller, weighing given programmable controller design options and technical indicators, based on the C8051F020 development of a single enhanced weighing the programmable machine controller. this article gives a detailed weighing controller design method, according to the ingredients of the technological requirements of production the use of single-chip microprocessor design, integrated set of new measurement and control weighing controller for automatic weighing, batching control and on-line monitoring and control, have a high cost performance, and have a perfect programmable functions, is a set weight control, programmable control, weighing in one transmission to facilitate the realization of precise control of complex multi-function weighing controller.

Batching Controller is designed with the high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, cost-effective and compact size, full-featured and so on, it can be used as a stand-alone instrument, and it can be used as embedded instrumentation through the RS-232 a standard interface with the top 485 industrial units in conjunction with networks.

Since the appearance of mechanical and electrical instruments in China since the early 60s, passes though 40 years of constant innovation, improving and perfecting, it has already reached electronic weighing electronic weighing apparatus, making technology and application developed rapidly.

Because of the domestic development and manufacturing level, instruments technology content and function, especially in weighing precision, network communication, etc compared by some gaps is abroad. Development of a function of perfecting programmable controller, weighing with high precision and reliability in use weighed [I].

Users can need according to oneself to prepare working process, can be easily realized the complex in use process control, easy to operate interface, through the keyboard and display to finish parameters Settings, data, programming and weighing such various industrial site operation, complete control of the various requirements.

addition, the controller to satisfy requirement of measurement, automatic weighing should not only give weight, but also because of its information management and control functions, and provide the screen display function.

One of the ways to solve this problem is to develop a satisfy requirement of printed circuit boards, weighing systems, electronic computers directly into, weighing displaying controller and computer integration. his paper presents weighing controller design methods, according to the production requirements, ingredients and single-chip microcomputer control design [2,3], measurement of weighing controller.

2.SYSTEM DESIGN

This paper expounds programmable weighing controller design scheme for weighing control instrument [4-6], the main performance indexes and the functional modules of the detailed instructions.

The working principle of electronic is in carrying on the role of the size, quality or force by weighing transducer and converts the signal, and is proportional to the amount in analog or digital forms in weighing instrument displayed.

Electronic weighing transducer, weak signal by digital filter and amplification and high AID converter and MCU and monitor. System composition diagram as shown in Figure I.

3.SYSTEM PRINCIPLES

3.1The overall scheme of hardware system design

    1. The core selection, minimum system construction of MCV
  1. AID conversion chip selection and design of the circuit
  2. Key display module selection and circuit design of chip.
  3. The serial communication interface chip selection and circuit design (including RS-232 and RS-485 interface)
  4. Power supply module chip selection and circuit design.

3.2MCV Section[7}

In the intellectualization survey control measuring appliance, the monolithic integrated circuit is its hard core. , this system has selected CIP-51 finally the series C8051F020 monolithic integrated circuit. C8051F020 is the composite signal system-level MCU chip which integrates completely has 64 digital I/O pin.

3.3A/D conversion module

Considering the other part of the interference caused by December, A/D cannot meet the system accuracy. So we need to choose 14 or higher accuracy of the A/D. Specific solutions double integral type A/D c

In this we have chosen ICL7135. Moreover we have introduced the pre-amplification and the filter weighing sensors output for the antigambling for the weak low frequency difference signal, its voltage amplitude for microvolt level.

3.4The serial communication module
