利用瞬态电致发光法研究荧光OLED载流子复合过程毕业论文

摘 要

有机电致发光(OLED)由于具有平面发光、可柔性大规模生产等优势,经历了三十年的发展,从最初的第一代荧光OLED到第二代磷光OLED,已经在单色光和白光器件获得了近30%的外量子效率。目前基于OLED的柔性折叠显示屏幕已经投入量产,即将在光电显示领域引领新的时尚。在表征OLED器件各方面性能时,会用到瞬态电致发光方法。在脉冲激发下,可以从器件脉冲发光过程中的上升沿和下降沿中分析OLED器件中载流子迁移和复合的过程。这一测试手段一方面可以用于科研领域来分析器件的工作机理,另一方面也可以用于产业化生产过程中器件性能的检测。当瞬态电压脉冲关闭后,器件中的载流子和空间电荷经历复杂的复合过程,通过对这些过程的分析对比可以得出影响器件效率的主要因素。目前,我们实验室拥有高性能函数信号发生器和示波器,可以完成相关实验内容。在电致发光寿命过程中,可以加入瞬态窄脉冲来分析器件中单重态和三重态的发光动力学过程。因此,本课题拟探索利用瞬态电致发光测量手段来表征器件性能的基本原理和方法,并利用这些方法测试表征基本的荧光OLED器件。

Study on fluorescent OLED by transient electroluminescence

Abstract

Due to the advantages of planar luminescence and flexible mass production, Organic Light Emitting Diode(OLED)has experienced the development in recent thirty years. From the first generation of fluorescent OLED to the second generation of phosphorescent OLED, it has achieved the external quantum efficiency of nearly 30% in monochromatic light and white light devices.At present, flexible folding display screen based on OLED has been put into mass production and will lead a new fashion in the field of optoelectronic display.Transient electroluminescence is used to characterize the performance of OLED devices.Under pulse excitation, carrier migration and recombination in OLED devices can be analyzed from the rising and falling edges of the pulsed luminescence process.On the one hand, this test method can be used to analyze the working mechanism of the device in scientific research field, on the other hand, it can also be used to detect the performance of the device in industrial production process.When the transient voltage pulse is turned off, the carrier and space charge in the device go through a complex complex process, and the main factors affecting the device efficiency can be obtained through the analysis and comparison of these processes.At present, our laboratory has high performance function signal generator and oscilloscope, can complete the relevant experimental content.During the lifetime of electroluminescence, transient narrow pulses can be added to analyze the single and triplet luminescence dynamics in the device.Therefore, this paper intends to explore the basic principles and methods of using transient electroluminescent measurement methods to characterize the performance of devices, and to test and characterize basic fluorescent OLED devices using these methods.
