10立方米热泵干燥箱设计毕业论文

摘 要

当今社会,全球的能源消耗与日俱增,各种能源危机已经成为各国的严峻挑战,如何节能也成为了当今世界的热点话题。人们在日常生活中,很多必须品需要经过干燥才能使用,但是,一般的干燥流程和干燥器具都存在很严重的缺陷,一是干燥产品质量很低,二是过程中耗能巨大,因此干燥过程和器具在节能领域都存在着广阔的提升空间。

本课题就针对此现象设计了一种新型干燥装置——热泵干燥箱。它作为一种新兴的干燥装置,不仅具有体积小,效率高的优势,而且在节能方面,有着明显的优势,因此在市场上具有更为广阔的发展前景。我设计的此款10立方米热泵干燥箱,采用分体式设计,采用的热泵技术的干燥方法是使空气在干燥箱中循环。本课题的10立方米热泵干燥箱系统主要有压缩机,蒸发器,风机,冷凝器,节流阀等部件组成。

本课题在设计计算时,为了强化传热,设计中换热管采用叉排的排列方式,而且在换热管外部添上铝箔翅片,来增加传热面积,这样有效提高了空气侧换热系数。

通过这个课题,可以了解到,热泵干燥箱高效节能的同时,还有操作简易,时间短,产品质量好等优点,可广泛应用于各行各业的产品干燥,对于我国建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会有着重大意义,因此,热泵干燥箱的发展前景将极为广阔。

The design of 10 cubic meters heat pump dryer

Abstract

In today's society, the global energy consumption is growing, all kinds of energy crisis has become a serious challenge, how to saving energy has become a hot topic in today's world. People in daily life, many necessities needed after drying can be used, but the general process of the drying and appliances there are serious defects, not only the dry product quality is low, but also in the process of energy dissipation is huge, so the drying process and equipment in the field of energy saving are there is a wide promotion space.

This topic is aimed at this phenomenon, so a new type of drying device is designed, heat pump drying oven. It as a new drying device, not only has small volume, high efficiency advantages, and in terms of energy saving, has obvious advantage, therefore has a broader development prospects in the market. This 10 cubic meters of heat pump drying oven is designed by me, using separation design, adopt the drying methods of heat pump technology is to make the air circulation in the oven. This topic of 10 cubic meters of heat pump drying oven system mainly include the compressor, evaporator, air blower, condenser, throttle valve and other parts.

This topic in the design and calculation, in order to strengthen heat transfer, fork row arrangement is used in the design of the heat exchange tube, and put on the aluminum foil on the outside of the heat exchange tube fin, to increase the heat transfer area, so that improve the air side heat transfer coefficient.

Through this topic, we can learn, high efficiency and energy saving of heat pump drying oven at the same time, and simple operation, short time, as well as good product quality, products can be widely used in all walks of life, dry, for building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society in our country has a great significance, therefore, the development prospects of heat pump drying oven will be extremely broad.
