摘 要

随着航运业日渐复苏,造船业也日渐呈现较好的景象。但航运业呈现的船型杂乱、污染严重的问题,使得市场对不同船舶的要求提高,对多用途供给船亦是如此。本文以70米海洋多用途供给船作为目标船,结合其特点对其主动力装置进行选型及设计。即通过给定的基本技术参数依次完成主机选型论证、机舱主要设备的估算、设备选择、机舱布置图、轮机说明书、设备明细表等工作。

船舶行业向着专业化、智能化的方向高速发展,要求船舶在安全、效率、使用寿命方面均能满足要求。因此,船舶市场要求有不同种类的主动力装置来满足不同用途船舶需要。所以在多用途供给船的设计中,主推进动力装置及动力问题是最首要的。

首先,根据目标船舶的工作环境进行了阻力分析计算,以此为根据进行了船舶功率计算。接着进行了目标船的机桨初步匹配,为目标船选择了WARTILA 8L32柴油机作为主机。再通过机桨终结匹配计算,确定了船舶的最佳航速。

然后,根据要求对目标船舶的燃油、滑油、冷却、消防等管系进行估算,初步明确了所需机械设备,并通过查询相关厂家提供的设备信息选出了适合的机械设备,完成了机械设备明细表。

最后,结合相关规范,特别是机舱内各系统及其配套的机械设备的使用、维修的注意事项,编写了轮机说明书,并对目标船舶的机舱进行了布置且将结果绘制成CAD图。

本文从实际应用的角度,对70米海洋多用途供给船的主动力装置进行了研究,对今后发展该类船舶及其主机选型与布置具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract

As the shipping industry is gradually recovering, the shipbuilding is also showing a better picture. However, the disordered and polluted ships have raised the market's requirements for different ships, as well as multi-purpose supply ships. In this paper, a 70-meter marine multi-purpose supply ship is used as the target ship, and its main power unit is selected and designed based on its own characteristics. That is, to complete the selection of the main engine, the evaluation of the main equipment of the engine room, the equipment selection, engine-room layout, the engine manual, and the equipment list through the given basic technical parameters.

The shipbuilding industry is developing rapidly in the direction of specialization and intelligence, which requires ships to have the characteristics of low energy consumption, high safety and long life. Therefore, different types of main power units are required to meet the needs of ships with different uses. Then, in the design of multi-purpose supply ships, the main propulsion power plant and power issues are the most important.

Above all, the resistance analysis and calculation were performed according to the working environment of the target ship, and the ship power calculation was also performed based on this. Then the preliminary matching of the target ship's propellers was carried out, and the WARTILA 8L32 diesel engine was selected as the main engine for the target ship. Then through the end match of the propeller to match the extreme and the best speed of the ship.

Then, according to the requirements of the target ship's piping systems of fuel oil, lubricating oil, cooling, fire control and the other, the required mechanical equipment was initially clarified. And the appropriate mechanical equipment was selected according to the equipment information. Finally, the mechanical equipment schedule was finished.

In the end, according to the relevant specifications, especially the precautions for the use and maintenance of the systems and mechanical equipment in the engine room, the engine manual was written, and the engine room of the target ship was arranged and the CAD drawings were done.

In this paper, the main power device of the 70-meter marine multi-purpose supply ship is studied from the perspective of practical application, which has reference significance for the development of such ships and the selection and arrangement of their main engines..
