摘要

本文的目的是设计东海1000吨级渔政船主推进装置及动力、辅助系统,是为在满足当前时代和相关法律法规的要求下,设计出更加符合现状的新型沿海渔政船。随着当今世界社会和经济以及现代渔船的发展,社会对渔政船的要求也日渐提高,因此为了满足现代渔政执法要求,设计符合现代要求的新型渔政船也显得尤为重要。

本文的主要步骤为主机选型论证、主要机械设备估算、设备明细表的编写以及轮机说明书的编写,主机选型论证就是借助所给参数从各种阻力计算、功率估算以及尺寸和重量等方面最终选出匹配本船舶的主机,再根据参数选择合适的螺旋桨进行机桨匹配从而获得机桨终结匹配图;主要机械设备估算同样是以所给船舶数据为支撑,借助所选主机性能参数等,计算出消耗或使用的物质的质量或体积,从而选出适合的设备;设备明细表和轮机说明书则是根据前两章所计算出的参数和选出的设备进行总结概括。

所有主要步骤完成后撰写与所设计内容相关的专题小论文并完善结构。最后使用Auto-CAD计算机绘图软件进行机舱布置图的绘制,并最终经验证后确定最终设备,完成设计。

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to design a new type of coastal fishery administration vessel, which is more in line with the current situation, in order to meet the requirements of the current era and relevant laws and regulations. With the development of society and economy in the world and modern fishing boats, the requirements of society for fishery administration boats are increasing day by day. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of fishery administration law enforcement, it is particularly important to design new fishery administration boats that meet modern requirements.

The main steps of this dissertation are the selection and demonstration of the main engine, the estimation of the main machinery and equipment, the compilation of the detailed list of equipment and the compilation of the instructions of the marine engine. The selection and demonstration of the main engine is to select the matching main engine from various aspects of resistance calculation, power estimation, size and weight with the help of the given parameters, and then select the main engine according to the parameters. The appropriate propeller matches the propeller to obtain the final matching diagram of the propeller; the estimation of the main machinery and equipment is also based on the data of the ship and the performance parameters of the selected main engine to calculate the mass or volume of the material consumed or used, so as to select the suitable equipment; the detailed list of equipment and the instructions of the marine engine are as follows According to the parameters calculated in the first two chapters and the equipment selected, the summary is made.

Write essays related to the design content and improve the structure after all the main steps have been completed. Finally, using Auto-CAD computer drawing software to draw cabin layout, and finally confirm the final equipment after verification, complete the design.
