110kV 架空输电线路设计及直线塔模型设计制作(LGJ-15025)-A

摘 要

本设计主要讲述的是 110kV 架空输电线路设计及直线塔模型设计制作。架空输电线路是电力系统中不可缺少的一部分,电力线路分为输电线路和配电线路,随着我国电力事业不断发展,架空输电线路已经朝着电压等级越来越高,综合成本低,带电作业提高,输送功率增大等方面全面发展,我选择直线型杆塔,然后我们通过查表找到自己所需要的数据并计算相应数据,比如根据所选择的导线以及地线进行荷载计算;应力弧垂计算;避雷线应力弧垂计算;绘制导地线应力、弧垂曲线;电线不平衡张力及其角度合力计算,直线杆塔安装荷载计算,所选塔型的⑤⑥⑦⑧⑨段尺寸计算,最后按20:1绘制模型图纸。在制作杆塔的过程中,我们先选择材料,然后再切割材料、进行分段编号,然后进行组装,最后进行验收。

Design and manufacture of 110 kV overhead transmission line and linear tower model

Abstract

This design mainly describes the design of 110kV overhead transmission line and the design and manufacture of linear tower model. Overhead transmission line is an indispensable part of the power system. Power lines are divided into transmission lines and distribution lines. With the continuous development of China's power industry, overhead transmission lines have developed in an all-round way towards higher and higher voltage level, lower comprehensive cost, higher live line operation, higher transmission power rate, etc. I choose the straight-line tower, and then we find out from the table It has required data and calculated corresponding data, such as load calculation according to the selected conductor and ground wire; stress sag calculation; lightning wire stress sag calculation; drawing the stress and sag curve of the conductor and ground wire; calculation of the unbalanced tension and angle resultant force of the wire, calculation of the installation load of the straight pole tower, calculation of the dimension of section ⑤ ⑥ ⑦ ⑧ ⑨ of the selected tower type, and finally drawing the model according to 20:1 Type drawing. In the process of making poles and towers, we first select the materials, then cut the materials, number the sections, then assemble them, and finally accept them..
