移相全桥变换器的设计与实现毕业论文

摘 要

  DC/DC变换器是电力电子领域不可或缺的主要构成。软开关的存在,能够使整机的效率提高,使变换器的体积变小,使功率器件的开关功率损耗降低。特别是在提高电力电子装置的频率和功率密度方面,软开关技术起到很重要的作用。

如今,中国的科学技术与经济发展很是迅速,IT技术和电力电子技术发展日趋普遍。如今对电源的要求日渐提升,发展趋势是要有轻的重量即轻量化;比较小型化的体积即小型化;工作运作时需要满足高频化(高频化能够减小变压器的体积,减小滤波器的参数,可以有效地降低装置的体积和重量。高频化是最关键的所在)。对装置的效率要求更高,电磁兼容性也有更高的要求。软开关技术的使用实现了开关管对零电压的开通或零电流的关断,一方面提高了机械的使用效率,另一方面减小了电磁对工作时的干扰。移相全桥直流变换器有这些优势如开关损耗比较低、电路构成不复杂、控制起来很容易,这使它在不少地方的使用率非常高。

全文围绕移相全桥ZVS DC/DC变换器的特点,分析了其工作原理、超前滞后桥臂ZVS的实现,移相全桥变换器的控制方式的实现进行了分析,对电路参数进行计算,高频变压器、输入滤波电路、输出滤波电感、谐振电感,死区时间的确定。并且在saber仿真下验证其可行性。

ABSTRACT

DC / DC converter is a power electronics integral to the constitution. The presence of soft switch, enabling the machine's efficiency, so that the volume converter is more smaller, the switching power devices to reduce the power loss. Especially in improving the frequency and power density power electronics, soft-switching technology plays a very important role.

     Recent years, science、technology and economic developed in China very rapidly, IT technology and power electronics technology have become more and more popularity. Today, the growing power requirements increase, the trend is to have a light weight,that is lightweight; have a relatively small capacity that is small-sized; the DC/DC converter needs to meet the high-frequency (high frequency transformer capable of reducing the volume of work operation, reduced parametric filter can effectively reduce the volume and weight of the device high frequency is the most critical location). Higher efficiency requirements for equipment, electromagnetic compatibility also have higher requirements. Use a soft switching technology to achieve zero-voltage switching tube opening or zero current shutdown, on the one hand to improve the efficiency of machinery, on the other hand,to reduce the electromagnetic interference at working period. Phase-shifted full-bridge DC-DC converter has these advantages such as switching loss is relatively low, the circuit configuration is not complicated.Phase-shifted full-bridge DC-DC converter is very easy to control, which makes it’s utilization rate is very high in many working occasions.

 The whole paper discusses the features of full phase-shifted full-bridge around ZVS DC / DC converter, and analyzes its working principle, how can the lagging leg and leading lag realize ZVS.The method of Phase-shifted full-bridge DC-DC converter achieve full-bridge converter.Also analyzed the calculating on the circuit parameters, high-frequency transformer, input filter circuit, output filter inductor, resonant inductor, determine the dead time. And verify it’s feasibility in saber simulation.
