大型热风定型机牵引同步控制系统设计毕业论文

摘 要

产业用布和产业用网(织物)已经成为当今社会生产生活必不可少的物品,并且它的需求量也越来越大。热风定型机是用于对宽幅产业用布或者产业用网(织物)进行热定型加工的设备,在适当的温度、张力下对织物进行热定型加工处理,从而增加织物的质量,使之满足生产的要求。根据工艺要求,我们将整个热定型过程分为以下五个部分进行控制。1)主动辊控制,主要控制主动辊传动电机的转速,从而来控制织物的传动速度。2)拉伸同步控制,主要控制前后拉伸电机的转速,进而控制拉伸辊和拉伸架的前后移动,从而对织物进行纵向的拉伸定型。3)拉幅控制,主要控制拉幅电机的转速,进而控制拉幅架的移动,从而对织物进行横向的拉伸。4)温度控制,主要控制热风箱内的温度,使织物在设定的温度下进行收缩,从而达到产品要求的宽度。

5)限位控制,该控制即为开关量保护控制,其作用是当物体移动到边缘位置时,发出开关指令,防止意外发生。

应用欧陆590直流驱动器,实现四台直流电机的高性能调速;采用常规PID控制算法实现前后拉伸系统的同步控制和张力控制;应用AL808智能仪表,采用先进的专家智能PID自整定技术,自动整定加热系统的PID参数,采用限位开关对系统的前、后拉伸架以及拉幅架进行限位控制。

Abstract

Paper products have become an indispensable part of daily life in today's society, and the demand is also increasing. Setting machine is used for the wide industrial cloth or industry net (fabric) and shaping,under suitable temperature and tension on the fabric to finalize the design process, so as to improve the fabric surface roughness to achieve product requirements of equipment. According to the process requirements, we will be divided into the following five parts of the whole process control.

1)Active roll control, mainly control the speed of the driving roll, so as to control the speed of the fabric.

2)Stretching synchronization control, mainly to control the tension roller and the tension frame before and after the move, so as to the fabric of the longitudinal tensile.

3)Framing control, the main control of the tension of the motor before and after the move, so that the fabric of the transverse tension.

4)Temperature control, mainly to control the temperature of the hot air box, so that the fabric in the set temperature to shrink, so as to achieve the required width.

5)Limit control, which is the switch protection control, its role is when the object moves to the edge of the edge, the issue of switching instructions to prevent accidents.

Application of Eurotherm 590 DC driver, to achieve the high performance speed control four DC motor.Using the conventional PID control algorithm to realize the synchronous control of two tension motors. Using PID control strategy to solve the problem of tension control system.Application of AL808 intelligent instruments, the use of advanced expert intelligent PID auto tuning technology, automatic tuning heating system PID parameters. The limit switch position of the system before and after stretching frame and pull picture frame to limit the control bits.
