tc4钛合金一种高强高韧损伤容限型α β两相钛合金,已成为飞机结构件的重要选材。

采用精密铸造、精密塑性成形等传统方法成形tc4钛合金周期长。

激光快速成形作为一种材料凝固成形新技术,诸多优点使其成为一种具有竞争力的tc4钛合金成形方法。
