风电机舱内不同比例混合油品燃烧特性及火灾危险性分析毕业论文

摘 要

随着煤、石油等不可再生能源的逐渐消耗,风能、水能、太阳能等越来越受到世界各国的重视。其中风能就是满足需求的一种清洁的可再生能源,随着时间的推进,风力发电日益成为最成熟和最具规模的一种可再生能源技术,但风电设备在运行过程中发生过多次大型火灾事故。因为风电机舱内存在着大量的油类的液态可燃物,所以研究风电机舱内不同比例混合油品燃烧特性及火灾危险性有着重大的意义。

本文主要对现有风力发动机组产品机舱内实际应用的齿轮箱用油、变压器用油、液压油等典型液态可燃物,测试热解特性。主要操作是利用容器盛装不同比例油品通过热平板加热装置进行加热,通过温度采集模块用电脑记录从开始加热到火焰熄灭的温度变化,同时记录下油盆发生浓烟和发产生火焰的时间,并设置外部刻度尺测量不同比例混合油品发生燃烧时不同火焰高度。

通过记录的温度变化画出温度曲线图,对比分析不同比例混合油品的温度曲线图、着火时间、火焰高度等实验数据和现象,得出以下结论:齿轮油:变压器油=2:1时的火灾危险性大于齿轮油:变压器油=1:2时;液压油:变压器油=2:1时的火灾危险性大于液压油:变压器油=1:2时;当齿轮油和液压油混合时,基于火焰高度蔓延火灾来说,齿轮油较多的实验组带来的火灾危险性较大,基于油品温度导致蔓延来说,液压油较多实验组带来的火灾危险性较大。

Abstract

With coal, oil and other non-renewable energy consumption, wind energy, water energy, solar energy and other countries are more and more attention. Wind energy is one of the clean renewable energy sources to meet the demand,as time goes on, wind power generation is becoming one of the most mature and large-scale renewable energy technologies. However,there have been many large fire accidents in the operation of wind power equipment. There is a large amount of liquid fuel in the wind turbine engine room, so it is of great significance to study the combustion characteristics and fire risk of mixed oil in wind turbine room.

In this paper, the pyrolysis characteristics of typical liquid combustibles, such as gearbox oil, transformer oil and hydraulic oil, which are applied in the cabin of existing wind turbine engine products, are tested. The main operation is to use containers filled with different proportions of oil to be heated by hot plate heating device. The temperature changes from heating to flame extinguishing are recorded by computer through temperature acquisition module. Meanwhile, the time of smoke and flame formation in the oil basin is recorded. The external scale is set to measure the different flame heights when different proportions of oil mixtures are burned.

The temperature curves are drawn by recording the temperature changes. The experimental data and phenomena of temperature curves, ignition time and flame height of different proportions of mixed oil products are compared and analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn:Gear oil: When transformer oil = 2:1, the fire risk is greater than that of gear oil: when transformer oil = 1:2;Hydraulic oil: When transformer oil = 2:1, the fire risk is greater than that of hydraulic oil: when transformer oil = 1:2;When gear oil and hydraulic oil are mixed, the experimental group with more gear oil brings greater fire risk based on flame height spread fire, and the experimental group with more hydraulic oil brings greater fire risk based on the spread caused by oil temperature.
