金利石膏矿地下开采设计毕业论文

摘 要

通过对金利石膏矿赋存条件以及矿山地质资料的研究,设计正确合理的开采方法尽可能的充分利用资源,避免浪费。金利石膏矿是在脉内采准切割,且脉内可剔除的废石夹层厚度最大为2m,因此该矿的贫化率很小,根据金利石膏矿的实际生产经验,矿山总的贫化率在3%左右。在石膏矿地下开采中,采场回采的夹石一般留在场内,可作为场内充填料,不运出地表,一方面降低运输成本,另一方面降低了矿石的贫化

针对金利石膏矿的赋存情况,完成矿山地下开采主要工程,金利石膏矿主要地下开采工程设计。阅读矿区地质概况地质构造矿床(层)特征矿石的结构构造矿床开采技术条件工程地质条件环境地质条件。主要建设方案的确定,包括:开拓运输方案、矿床的开采方式选择、运输方式、提升运输、回采矿量计算矿柱,回采和空区处理计算,并采用矿业软件或CAD软件绘制主要工程图,编制设计报告。
