摘 要
进入21世纪以来，石油资源与人们生产，生活等方面密切相关，在社会各个领域发挥着巨大作用。然而，防火防爆作为石油管理日常管理的一部分，关乎人们生产生活的命脉。但是由于各个方面的条件限制，石油管道在运输与储运时存在相当多的危险隐患。于是越来越多的人关注于怎样实现石油安全事故防范措施的制定。石油资源作为人们生活当中不可或缺的能源，其对整个国家的经济以及全球经济都有一定的影响。在石油储运的过程中，由于各种原因导致出现的问题一直都是安全管理的重点工作。
根据近几年的发展中，可以看出，石油的发展前景较为广阔。据此，面对石油储运一系列的问题，本文将对此一系列的探讨。本文围绕石油管道储运为中心展开论述，在剖析目前我国石油管道储运的现状的基础上具有针对性的提出几点安全管理措施，旨在为实际的安全管理工作提供切实、可行的理论参考。对石油管道储运过程中存在的问题进行分析和研究，并提出石油储运安全的有效对策，旨在为石油事业可持续发展提供支持和参考。

Abstract
Since the beginning of twenty-first Century, petroleum resources have become an indispensable and important sub resource in all fields of the society. It is closely related with people's production, life and so on, and it plays an important role in every field of society. However, due to various aspects of the conditions, there is a considerable risk of oil pipeline transportation and storage and transportation. More and more attention is paid to how to realize the safety and accident prevention of oil pipeline storage and transportation. Petroleum resources as the people lives the indispensable energy, have a certain impact on the country's economy and the global economy. In the process of oil storage and transportation, the problem of the emergence of various reasons has always been the focus of the work of safety management.
According to the development of recent years, we can see that the prospect of oil development is relatively broad. Based on this, this paper will discuss a series of problems in the face of a series of oil storage and transportation problems. This paper focuses on the oil pipeline transportation for the centers on the analysis of the current status of China Petroleum Pipeline Transportation Based on with the paper proposes several measures on safety management. It aims to provide practical and feasible theoretical reference for the safety management of the actual. To analyze and study the problems existing in the process of oil pipeline transportation, and put forward the effective measures for the safety of oil storage and transportation, in order to provide support and reference for the sustainable development of oil industry.

近年来，石油资源作为重要的能源在社会的广泛领域发挥着巨大的作用，涉及到人类活动的很多相关领域，具有无可限量的发展前景。石油运输与储运的问题一直是相关人员的重要工作，在安全的基础之上，科学合理的石油工作在人们生产生活中发挥着积极的作用 [1]。石油中包含多种成，其主要成分如表1-1：
