摘 要

本文以300X72型自动化物料仓库为原型,发挥自我探索能力和创造能力。在充分了解300X72型自动化物料仓库的工作原理及力学模型后,进行重新设计搭建新的堆垛机模型,得到所有的设计数据,并使其能满足一定的要求进行工作。论文主要完成以下的工作:(1)全面分析新的堆垛机模型,获得其新的力学结构,并在理论上能运动的起来。(2)设计各个结构中的部件,获得各个部件的尺寸大小,并使其能满足设计要求。(3)运用pro/e的三维建模,代入各部分尺寸,以直观的方式观察新的堆垛机模型,检验设计过程中的零件是否适用于这种场合,是否会产生干涉等问题。最后运用运动仿真检验新的模型是否能按预先的设想进行运动。

The Design Of The 300X72 Type Warehouse Stacker’s Telescopic Mechanism and Lifting Mechanism

Abstract

In this paper, 300x72 automation material warehouse as the prototype, self-exploration ability and creation ability have been exerted in this project.After fully understand the working principle of type 300x72 automation material warehouse and mechanical model, A new model of stacker has been redesigned and all the design data have been gotten.This mechanism would work well as we thought in the beginning of the project.The following work should be mainly finished in this thesis : (1) The comprehensive analysis of the new stacker model, the new mechanical structure should be obtained , and the movement should be guaranteed in theory. (2) The structure of components should be designed, the size of each part should be obtained, and the size should meet the design requirements. (3) Using the pro/e 3 d modeling, and generating into the size of each part, the new model of stacker could be observed with intuitive way , parts in the process of design could be tested whether it is suitable for the occasion and whether it wouldl produce the problem such as interference. Finally using the motion simulation can test new model sports according to the original idea.
