外翻框架门受力有限元分析A毕业论文

摘 要

市场竞争日益加剧,消费者对产品的性能、质量要求越来越高,产品更新周期越来越短,这些原因导致了企业对新技术的需求更加迫切,而有限元数值模拟技术可以很好地满足生产者的需求。产品质量不过关、设计周期长、产品竞争力弱的问题可以被有效地解决。初期阶段,有限元法的发展受到当时技术的限制,并且不受到大众认可,但伴随着计算机技术方面的发展,有限元法在产品设计和研究领域被愈来愈重视,是解决复杂工程分析计算问题的有效途径,有限元法在很多领域被广泛使用,尤其是在工业领域,航天技术的发展也离不开有限元法,有限元法已经渗透到我们生活的各个角落。

本课题研究的是外翻框架门受力有限元分析,外翻框架门结构属于简单的机械模型,但是如果不对它进行合理的受力有限元分析,也会造成资源的浪费,通过有限元分析,可以优化框架门的设计,提高框架门的质量。同时可以通过研究此结构加深对机械模型的受力有限元分析中的静力学部分的认识,本课题对动力学分析、接触分析、模态分析等简单概括,不加以研究。

本课题主要是利用PRO/E进行建模,然后进行有限元分析,与理论计算进行对比,理论计算包括:抗压强度计算、抗弯曲强度计算、横梁与纵梁强度与刚度验算以及横梁纵梁是否弯曲变形等。通过有限元分析动态的显示各点的应力值以及最大许用应力,最终确定框架门结构是否稳定。本课题重点是外翻框架门的建模与受力有限元分析,熟悉外翻框架门三维结构;受力分析与理论计算。

Abstract

Market competition has been intensifing,requirements of consumers on performmance and quality of product getting higher and higher and update cycle of product getting shorter and shorter,which lead to more urgent demand for new technology. The needs of producer could be met well by finite element numerical simulation technology. Product quality, however, the long design cycle, weak product competitiveness could be effectively addressed. In the early stage, the development of finite element method has been limited by the technology at that time, and it was not recognized by the public. But with the development of computer technology, the finite element method has been paid more and more attention in the field of design and research of product, The finite element method has been widely used in many fields, especially in the industrial field. The development of space technology has been also inseparable from the finite element method and our life has been penetrated by thefinite element method.

In this paper, the outer frame of the door was studyed by finite element analysis .The eccentric frame structure is a simple mechanical model, but if it has been not subjected to reasonable finite element analysis, it will also cause the waste of resources.The frame door could be optimized and improved by the Finite element analysis.At the same time,the understanding of the static part of the finite element analysis of the mechanical mode can be deepen by the paperl. The subject is simple and generalized, such as kinetic analysis, contact analysis and modal analysis.

The modelingcan be carried on by the the paper ,the finite element analysis was compared with the theoretical calculation.The theoretical calculation includes: the compressive strength calculation, the anti-bending strength calculation, the beam and the longitudinal beam strength and the rigidity checking and the cross beam Whether bending deformation. The stress value and the maximum allowable stress of each point, and finally determines whether the frame structure is stable can be shown by the finite element analysis. This topic focuses on the modeling of the frame and the finite element analysis of the frame, familiar with the three-dimensional structure of the inverted frame door; force analysis and theoretical calculation.
