B50型熔融造粒机设计毕业论文

摘 要

初中物理课本里就有介绍说,物质最长见的三种状态分为固态、液态和气态。低熔点的物料在室温下是以固态的状态呈现的,而在熔融状态下,物料是以液体的状态呈现的。固体和液体具有不同的性质,固体有固定的体积,也有固定的形状。液体有固定的体积,可以流动但是没有固定的形状。当温度高于熔点时,物料的性质会跟随温度的变化而发生相应的变化。当熔融状态下的液体物料一滴一滴地滴落在钢带上时,由于液体的特性,熔融物料先是以半球状态呈现,经冷却后会成为颗粒,以固体状态呈现。在国内,天华化工粉体研究所是最早对回转钢带冷却造粒进行研究的单位。所以可以设计钢带式熔融造粒技术及其装置。

该造粒机主要由以下几部分组成:(1)加热系统;(2)钢带滴定系统(3)冷却系统;(4)控制系统。其工作原理为:

  1. 物料进入熔融室并充分熔融

b.熔融状态下的液体物料一滴一滴地滴落在钢带上

c.钢带完成熔融物料的冷却和输送。

d.最后由刮刀进行脱粒

在钢带下设有喷淋冷却装置,使滴落在钢带上面的物料经薄钢带传热并在移动、输送的过程中得到强制冷却固化。[12]从而形成规则的半球状颗粒产品。根据成型和物性的需要,布料器可选择断续滴落、连续出条和全宽度溢流的形式,从而可分别得到半球状、条状和不规则片状产品。[12]

Design of B50 Melting Granulator

Abstract

As we have learned, materials with relatively low melting points generally refer to materials having a melting point between 40 and 300 ° C, appearing in solid state at room temperature, present in a molten state in a liquid state, which is flowing , Irregular, not sure the shape, often affected by the container. But its volume in the case of constant pressure and temperature, is fixed. And the material in this state is difficult to be compressed. When the temperature is higher than the melting point, the material viscosity, surface tension will follow the temperature changes and the corresponding changes. When the liquid material in the molten state drips down one by one on the steel strip, the molten material first appears in the hemisphere state due to the characteristics of the liquid, and after cooling it becomes particles, which are presented in solid state. In China, Tianhua Chemical Powder Research Institute is the first to the rotary strip cooling granulation research units, hundreds of products for low melting point molding process research. So we can design steel strip melt granulation technology and its device.

The granulator is mainly composed of the following parts: (1) heating system; (2) steel strip titration system (3) cooling system; (4) control system. Its working principle is: the material from the hopper to join, through the heating system heating, until the material appears molten state, this time through the feeder, the molten state of the material will be distributed in the bottom of the uniform movement of the steel strip on the surface. In the steel belt with a spray cooling device, cooled by the spray cooling water, so that the material on the surface of the steel strip by the thin steel belt heat transfer and transport in the process of rapid condensation, curing, crystallization, Forming and cooling. Thereby forming a regular hemispherical particle product. According to the needs of molding and design, the feeder can choose different forms. If you choose to intermittently drip to obtain hemispherical granular products, if you choose to make a continuous strip of products can be obtained, if you choose the full width of the form of overflow can be irregular thick sheet products.
