桌面级可重构机床设计及卧车实现毕业论文

摘 要

随着机械领域的飞速发展,人们对机加工产品的需求也呈现出多样化发展,传统机床难以经济高效的应对多样化、小批量的客户需求。在此行业背景下,具有高效、经济、便捷等特性的可重构机床的研究制造,成为机械行业领域的风口。

本文以减速箱为需求产品,在对其各部位零件,以及所需要使用的各类机床进行深入分析的基础上,进行桌面级可重构卧式车床的设计。基本设计过程为:首先对减速箱中需要车床加工的零件,进行零件族分析,进而对其加工工序做工序族分析,从而确定机床的各类加工工序所对应的各种运动,以此进行功能模块划分。提取出重构车床所需的各类模块,在进行详细设计。详细介绍了主轴传动系统,以及进给传动系统的各项设计过程。

在完成理论设计后,运用SolidWorks对所设计的可重构车床建立三维模型,并以设计中计算出的工作载荷,切削力及扭矩为基础,对三维模型进行有限元仿真分析,为现实的机械加工生产过程提供理论基础。

Abstract

With the rapid development in the field of machinery, people's demand for machined products has also shown diversified development. It is difficult for traditional machine tools to respond to diversified, small-batch customer demands in a cost-effective manner. Under this industry background, the research and manufacture of reconfigurable machine tools that are highly efficient, economical, and convenient have become an outlet for the machinery industry.

This article takes the gearbox as the demand product, carries on the thorough analysis to each part of its parts, as well as each kind of machine tool which needs to use, carries on the design of the desktop level reconfigurable horizontal lathe. The basic design process is as follows: Firstly, the components of the gear box that need to be machined are analyzed by the component family, and then the process family of the machining process is analyzed to determine the various movements corresponding to the various machining processes of the machine tool. Module division. The various types of modules required for the reconstruction of lathes were extracted and detailed design was carried out. Detailed description of the spindle drive system, as well as the design process of the feed drive system.

After the theoretical design was completed, SolidWorks was used to build a three-dimensional model of the reconfigurable lathe designed. Based on the work loads, cutting forces and torques calculated in the design, the three-dimensional model was subjected to finite element simulation analysis and was a realistic machine. The processing production process provides a theoretical basis.
