典型机械传动机构的3D打印模型设计与实现A毕业论文

摘 要

3D打印技术简单来说,就是一种能够快速得成型得技术,通过一层层逐步打印的方法,把一些数字类得模型文件做为基础的,使用粉末状得金属以及塑料凳等可粘合的材料来打印物体。相对来说,问题,3D打印可能更适合一些小规模化的生产制造,尤其是那些特别的定制化产品。在实验过程中,3D打印技术所拥有的良好便捷性很好得体现在,完全可以把我们在软件中设计出来的模型快速得打印出来,生成实物模型。因为目前金属粉末的价格相对其他材料来说是比较昂贵的,所以现在3D打印主要使用的材料还是塑料,但在未来,金属材料是肯定会被更为广泛的应用到3D打印中去的。何况3D打印技术已经逐渐的被很多行业中应用,在未来也一定会有更好的发展。

此课题的研究方向是使用PRO/E 软件,并使用3D打印机把自己设计得齿轮减速器打印出来。经过一步一步完整的计算步骤,可以得出打印齿轮减速器所需要用到的一些重要的参数,在利用PRO/E 软件进行三维建模。但由于3D打印机打印出来的模型精度不是很高,所以我们需要先对复杂的齿轮减速器模型进行一些必要的简化,然后在用打印机进行打印。模型简化完后,先把模型的格式转化成STL,再将模型导入Simplify3D软件,生成对应的成3D Model Files文件,最后拷入SD卡保存,需要打印时,再将SD卡插入打印机内,,最后再把所有成功打印出来的零件,一一按照设计装配好。

A study about building a gear reducer based on 3D printing

Abstract

3D printing technology is one type of the rapid prototyping. It is a kind of technology that based on digital file model, using bondable materials like powdered metal or plastic, printing layer by layer to construct the object. 3D printing is suitable for small-scale manufacturing, especially for high-end customized products, such as the manufacture of automotive components. Although the main material of printing is the plastic, the metal will certainly be applied to 3D printing in the future.3D printing has developed fast in these years and it has entered the industry of the dentist, jewelry and the medical. It will be possibly applied more widely in other industries in the future.

In this research, gear reducer is modeled by the software PRO/E and printed in 3D printer. Firstly, complex gear reducer should be simplified in order for ease of modeling and printing. The simplified gear reducer have a upper box, a lower box, a input shaft, a intermediate shaft,a output shaft and three gears. Secondly, the simplified gear reducer is modeled by three-dimension. Choose the software PRO/E to build model. Thirdly, the models are guided into the software Simplify3D in the format of STL so that 3D Model Files files can be generated. Lastly, all printed parts are assembled properly.
