摘 要

干燥通常是指给湿物料加热升温,湿物料的水分通过变为气态离开物料,得到具有一定湿含量的固体产品的过程。本篇文章主要讲述关于煤的干燥技术以及发展情况。在我国现代,发电的主体地位还是火力发电,而烧煤是火力发电的根源。除了发电,煤的用途还有很多,例如大型供热锅炉烧煤来获得热能,蒸汽机车烧煤提供能量转化动能,还有建材、冶金和生活的各个地方都离不开煤。

根据煤的一些特性,它不得不被进行相应的干燥之后才可加以充分燃烧利用,而转筒干燥机是煤干燥的主要机器。转筒干燥机是一种大型干燥设备,其主体是一个圆筒,略带倾斜,且长度和直径可以灵活变化,除了圆筒回转体以外,还需要传动装置、扬料板,支撑装置、密封装置等。转筒式干燥机除了具有大的处理量之外,还具有操作简单、适应能力大、运转平稳等优点,这些优点使其广泛被各行各业所使用,泛用性良好。在全球,硫酸铵等的化学物质的干燥都需要转筒干燥机。

转筒干燥机由于其结构具有良好散热性,搭配耐高温制造材料,可以配合高温热风很快速的使物料干燥。并且干燥机加工能力强,耗油量少,干燥成本低。并且专门制造的挡轮使其水平推力得到平衡。机器运行更加平稳,可靠性得到强化,并且不易产生过载。

本篇文章主要设计计算转筒式干燥机,参考条件有煤泥的特性和产量,通过计算用量来确定机器各个零部件的参数,选取适合的电动机和减速机,最后对干燥机进行了经济性和环保性分析。

Design of D50 rotary drum dryer

Abstract

Drying usually refers to the process of heating up the wet material so that the moisture of the wet material leaves the material by changing into a gaseous state to obtain a solid product with a certain wet content.This paper mainly describes the drying technology and development of coal.In modern China, the dominant position of power generation is thermal power generation, and coal burning is the root of thermal power generation.In addition to power generation, coal has many USES. For example, large heating boilers burn coal to obtain heat energy, steam locomotives burn coal to provide energy conversion kinetic energy, and coal is indispensable for building materials, metallurgy and living everywhere.

According to the chemical properties of coal, it has to be dried before it can be fully burned and utilized, and rotary drum dryer is the main machine for coal drying.Drum dryer is a large drying equipment, its main body is a cylinder, slightly tilted, in addition to the cylinder rotating body, but also need transmission device, material plate, support device, sealing device, etc.In addition to large processing capacity, rotary drum dryer has the advantages of simple operation, smooth operation and large adaptability , which make it widely used in all walks of life, good universality.In the world, ammonium sulfate and other chemical substances need to dry the drum dryer.

Because its structure has very good heat dissipation performance, with high temperature resistant manufacturing materials, it can be combined with high temperature hot air very quickly dry materials.And the drying machine processing capacity is strong, less oil consumption, low drying cost.And a specially manufactured block wheel balances its horizontal thrust.The machine runs more smoothly, its reliability is enhanced, and it is less prone to overload.

This paper mainly designs and calculates the rotary drum dryer. According to the characteristics and output of coal slime, the parameters of each part of the dryer are determined by calculating the amount of coal slime, and the appropriate motor and reducer are selected. Finally, the economic and environmental protection of the dryer are analyzed.
