电动驾驶式洗地机洗刷系统设计

摘 要

电动驾驶式洗地机(下称:洗地车)以电池为动力,可以对地面进行吸尘和清洗等必要功能,适用于大型商业中心,室内公共场所,大型仓库,工厂车间等区域的地面清洁。传统的清洁工作由人工完成,时间和人力消耗较大,洗地车具有一定市场需求和潜在开发空间因此进行此项设计工作。

本问主要是对洗地车洗刷系统主体结构的设计。洗地车洗刷系统主体结构由洗刷结构和吸水结构两部分组成。

洗刷结构中主要对盘刷驱动装置和盘刷升降结构进行设计。驱动装置由两个直流电机进行控制。电机通过齿轮传动传给盘刷;盘刷升降结构中盘刷固定在支撑板上,支撑板通过液压缸和平行架结构与车身连接。液压缸驱动带动支撑板完成对盘刷升降动作的控制。

吸水结构中主要是对吸水扒链接结构设计、吸水扒升降结构设计。吸水扒的链接结构主要是吸水扒转动板装置。一端固定吸水扒,一端通过转动板和减震装置连接在车身上,并可以转动,吸水扒升降装置由低速电机组件带动偏心轮通过钢丝绳与固定在吸水扒上的转动板上的小滑轮链接。

同时,文章还对其他结构装置进行了简要的设计分析,包括清洗剂的释放装置、吸水扒洗污装置、水箱结构,鼓风(洗尘)、主泵。

Electric driving type machine wash system design

Abstract:

Design on scrubbing system of battery powered ride-on floor scrubbing machine.

Battery powered ride-on floor scrubbing machines has the function of cleaning and absorbing, and is working based on battery. It is mainly used in shopping, warehouse and production department. Manual work plays the most important part in conventional device for floor treatment. In this case, the searching for washing machine of high efficiency become one of the significant jobs for mechanical engineers.

In this thesis, the major purpose is to design on a scrubbing system of battery powered ride-on floor scrubbing machine.

The major structure of the scrubbing system is composed of cleaning device and absorbing device.

In the part of cleaning device, the major work is to perform the design of driving device and lifting device for disc scrubber. In the part of driving device, a pair of dc motors play a basic role and pass power to the disc scrubber by a belt. In the part of lifting device, the supporting plate for disc scrubber provides a parent plate for installing and connecting other devices. This plate is connected to body device by a hydraulic cylinder. As the driving device, the hydraulic cylinder provides the disc scrubber enough power to perform the action of up and down.

In the part of absorbing device, the major work is designing the connecting structure and lifting device for the device of absorbing sewage. With the help of a turning plate, the device of absorbing sewage is connected to the body device. By a turning device, the plate is fixed to the body device; in the part of lifting device, eccentric wheel is fixed to a slow-speed machine that plays as the driving device. The device of absorbing sewage is then able to perform the action of up and down with the help of the eccentric wheel.

Moreover, other devices, e.g., device of cleaning solution, floor treatment device, device of absorbing sewage and storage are also included in this thesis.

地面清理是一项必不可少的工作,凸显在拥有大面积地面的场所,只依靠人工完成人力物力消耗很大,因此 对不同洗地装置的研发是必要的,可以减少人员投入更简单快捷的完成清洗任务。
