烫伤治疗床的三维数字化设计

摘 要

根据世界卫生组织调查报告显示,全世界每年约有一千万人被烧烫伤,其事故发生率仅次于交通事故,烫伤成为全球性的公共卫生问题。一款好的医疗治疗辅助产品能够为烫伤的治疗提供便利。翻身床在烧伤烫伤治疗领域中已广泛使用,它能够使患者伤处免受长时间的压迫能较好地保护伤处,对于平日的换药、护理也是比较方便的,尤其是对于植皮后的皮肤存活率有很大程度上的提升,加快患处的愈合,现在市场上有非常多的护理病床,仅能作为一般的护理方面的使用,作为烫伤烧伤患者的护理治疗还是有诸多不足,仅拥有翻转功能而言就能淘汰不少产品,我国翻转护理床发展较为落后缓慢,但国外相对应的设备更是空白,都是一些非常昂贵高级的护理病床,虽然运用了不少新的技术,但就翻转功能而言是在拿不出手,发展陷入了一个怪圈,在某一功能上下足了工夫,造成病床性能过于单一和过线。之前的翻转病床更有许多缺点,护理要求护理人员省时省力,能一人完成所有工作最佳,操作不能过于繁琐,机构必须安全可靠,大面积烫伤烧伤的患者不能随意的挪动,有些情况下没有自主意识,这就要求翻身床要稳定牢固,防止在翻身过程中出现二次伤害。现有翻身床体积大。护理人员操作不便,经常需要多人协助完成患者翻身。效率不高,可能还会有安全风险,所以设计一款稳定性好、可靠性高的烫伤护理床具有重大意义。

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization survey report, about 10 million people are burned and scalded every year in the world, the accident rate is second only to traffic accidents, and scalding has become a global public health problem. A good auxiliary medical treatment product can provide convenience for the treatment of burns. Turnover bed has been widely used in the field of burn and scald treatment. It can protect the injured area from long-term pressure, and it is also convenient for dressing change and nursing, especially for the skin survival rate after skin grafting. There are many nursing beds on the market now, It can only be used as a general nursing care, and there are still many deficiencies in the nursing treatment of patients with scalds and burns. Many products can be eliminated only in terms of flipping function. The development of flipped nursing beds in China is relatively backward, but the corresponding equipment in foreign countries is blank. They are all very expensive and advanced nursing beds, although many new technologies are used, But as far as the flip function is concerned, the development has fallen into a strange circle, and has made great efforts in a certain function, resulting in too single and over line performance of the sickbed. There are many shortcomings in the previous turnover sickbed. Nursing requires that nursing staff save time and effort, and can complete all the work by one person. The operation should not be too cumbersome. The organization must be safe and reliable. Patients with large area burns can not move at will. In some cases, they have no self-awareness. This requires that the turnover bed should be stable and firm to prevent secondary injury in the process of turnover. The existing turnover bed has large volume. The operation of nursing staff is inconvenient, and many people are often needed to help patients turn over. The efficiency is not high, there may be safety risks, so it is of great significance to design a stable and reliable scald care bed.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景

烫伤的护理尤为重要,尤其是重度烫伤,伤及真皮深层及皮下各组织,护理不当,容易造成二次感染、组织坏死。伤处多触及神经末稍处,此处对大脑神经的反馈极其敏感,对待烫伤尤其是全身烫伤的患者而言要“避重就轻”,不要有大幅度大力度的调整动作,尽量轻缓,减少患者不必要的痛苦。而烫伤治疗床可以使患者活动手足,调整姿态,甚至可以翻身,避免患者伤处收到长时间的挤压,使创伤处受到更好的保护,换药更加方便,使患者更方便的接受治疗。

选择该课题的意义在于可以检验所学知识,运用自己所学技能,将这一产品具现化出来,让人了解到该产品的原理实用之处,并为患者翻身护理等提供更好的帮助,提高安全性,护理效率及治疗效果。
