纳米-二氧化锆陶瓷超声波辅助椭圆振动磨削的系统设计和实验研究

摘 要

针对纳米-二氧化锆陶瓷等硬质易碎材料的低韧性、高硬度和加工难度,设计了一种新型的超声波辅助椭圆振动磨削(UAEVG)系统,以提高其可加工性和磨削性质量。超声波磨杯形工具变压器(UGCTT)的整体频率方程由集成非谐振器推导出优化了设计方法和锥形喇叭的长度。通过有限元软件模拟磨料颗粒的轨迹,并通过超声波共振试验验证。最后,通过UAEVG纳米-二氧化锆陶瓷的实验,探讨了UAEVG方法对其表面形态、粗糙度和残余应力的影响。结果表明,当喇叭长度为65mm时,变压器具有良好的振动模式。仿真和超声波共振试验结果表明,磨料颗粒在长角径向平面上以椭圆形周期性移动,径向和纵向振幅分别为AR=7.5mu;m和AL=3.1mu;m。纳米-二氧化锆陶瓷的磨削实验表明,UAEVG可以改变常规磨削(CG)的磨削机制,减少磨屑和材料断裂的产生。当磨削深度增加时,UAEVG下材料的塑料加工比明显高于CG,形成较好的表面地形。表面粗糙度随磨削深度和进给速率的增加而增加,表面压应力随磨削深度的增加而减小。与CG相比,UAEVG可将表面粗糙度降低约30%,使残余压应力降低约20%,实现更好的磨削表面质量。因此,可以得出结论,UAEVG可以扩大塑料加工领域,在一定程度上提高纳米-二氧化锆陶瓷的表面完整性和疲劳强度。

第一章 介绍

陶瓷材料具有高强度、高硬度、耐高温、耐磨性好、化学防刺性好等特点,在航空航天、机械、石油、核工业等领域具有广阔的应用前景[然而,由于陶瓷材料的脆性及其对内部缺陷的敏感性,在使用过程中将发生突然和灾难性的断裂[3,4]。另一方面,由于陶瓷材料具有低塑性韧性和高硬度,容易出现脆性加工痕迹,如材料剥落和开裂在处理过程中。在传统的加工中,会产生大量的表面缺陷和严重的表面损伤,难以达到高精度、高效率、高可靠性的加工效果[5,6]。由于陶瓷配子的寿命很大程度上取决于其表面完整性,因此通过适当的加工获得卓越的加工效率和表面质量非常重要。陶瓷材料的应用方法[7]。
