多喷头组合的静电喷雾模拟分析

摘要:我国果园总面积大,防治果园的病虫害工作劳动强度大、用时多、技术含量高,是果园经营管理最重要的一部分,亟需科学高效的果园施药机具。随着科学技术的发展,越来越多的学者开始运用静电喷雾技术提高冠层雾滴沉积量,改善荷电雾滴穿透能力不足。目前,国内外已经研究出了许多静电喷雾产品,如静电喷雾机、高射程喷雾机和自动对靶喷雾机,促进了果园植保的发展。

在研究静电喷雾的进展中,有学者发现静电作用下液滴会发生雾化,雾滴会受到外界干扰因素的影响,比如自然风和蒸发的影响,使得雾滴的表面不稳定,造成雾滴表面和内部受力不均匀,并且会产生内外压力差,使得雾滴难以具有定向运动以及雾滴荷电能力,从而无法实现静电喷雾的低量高效。除了自然风与蒸发等风送条件的影响,空间电场和流场分布状况等各种场以及雾滴受到的静电力、重力等,也会造成带电雾滴在空间分布的复杂性和运输沉积过程中的不确定性。为了实现农药的低喷量、高防效的喷雾,越来越多的学者通过科学静电喷雾研究,利用Fluent等模拟软件对喷雾机电场、气流场等各种场进行模拟分析,具有进展快、成本低、效率高的优势。

本次毕业设计在风送静电喷雾技术的基础上,改进喷头等零部件并利用fluent软件进行静电场模拟分析,提高雾滴荷电能力以及定向运动的能力,实现农药的低喷量、高防效的喷雾,提高喷雾作业的安全,也提高了我国植保机械的现代化、智能化水平。

Abstract: The total area of orchards in China is large, and the work of disease and pest control in orchards is labor-intensive, time-consuming and high-tech. With the development of science and technology, more and more scholars begin to use electrostatic spray technology to improve the deposition of droplets and improve the penetration of charged droplets. At present, many electrostatic spraying products, such as electrostatic sprayers, high range sprayers and automatic target sprayers, have been developed at home and abroad, which have promoted the development of orchard plant protection.

In the progress of electrostatic spray research, some scholars have found that droplets will be atomized under electrostatic action, and droplets will be affected by external interference factors, such as the influence of natural wind and evaporation, which makes the surface of fog droplets unstable, resulting in uneven surface and internal force of droplets, and will cause pressure difference between inside and outside, resulting in difficulty in directional movement of droplets and charging power of droplets. The electrostatic spray can not achieve low volume and high efficiency. In addition to the influence of natural wind and evaporation, various fields such as spatial electric field and flow field distribution, as well as electrostatic force and gravity on the droplets, will also cause the complexity of the spatial distribution of charged droplets and the uncertainty in the transport and deposition process. In order to achieve the low volume and high efficiency spray of pesticides, more and more scholars have simulated and analyzed various fields of sprayer, such as electro mechanical field and airflow field by using scientific electrostatic spray technology, using ANSYS and other simulation software, which have the advantages of rapid development, low cost and high efficiency.

Based on the technology of wind driven electrostatic spraying, this graduation project improves the sprinkler and other parts, and carries out simulation analysis. It can improve the power of droplet charging and directional movement, realize the low volume and high efficiency spraying of pesticides, improve the safety of spray operation, and improve the modernization and intelligence level of China#39;s plant protection machinery.
