摘 要

现代,随着全球经济的发展,人们对生活质量的要求不断提高,环境污染问题,尤其是空气污染问题引起了人们越来越多的关注,拥有一个健康无污染的生活环境就成为很多人的共同愿望。人们想要一个好的生活环境就促进了空气净化器的发展。

本课题主要针对目前主要的空气净化需求进行分析,创新性地提出了结合新型材料石墨烯和光催化材料的结构。采用具有更好的空气净化效率的新型光催化剂TiO2-rGO以及新型石墨烯材料—具有良好吸附性的石墨烯薄膜。通过风机的作用,使空气污染物通过风道逐步经过滤层和催化剂,经过石墨烯薄膜的吸附以及在光照下空气污染物与催化剂的反应,最终达到空气净化的目的。新型空气净化器的研究可以极大的推动石墨烯技术在空气净化器领域的应用。

Structure Design and Flow Field Simulation of Multifunctional Air Purification Device

ABSTRACT

In modern times, with the development of global economy, people#39;s demand for quality of life is constantly improving, and the problem of environmental pollution, especially air pollution, has attracted more and more attention. Having a healthy and pollution-free living environment has become the common desire of many people. People want a good living environment to promote the development of air purifiers.

The topic mainly focuses on the analysis of the current major air purification needs, and innovatively proposes a combination of new materials graphene and photocatalytic materials structure. a new type of photocatalyst with better air purification efficiency TiO2-rGO and a new type of graphene material – graphene film with good adsorbability.Through the action of fan, air pollutants can gradually pass through the filter layer and catalyst through the air duct, through the adsorption of graphene film and the reaction between air pollutants and catalyst under light, and finally achieve the purpose of air purification. The research of new air purifier can greatly promote the application of graphene technology in the field of air purifier.
