气流铺装机风量均匀装置对板坯质量影响规律的仿真与实验文献综述

摘 要:在刨花板坯生产过程中,刨花板铺装机发挥着至关重要的作用,在这其中,气流铺装机具有其特有的作用。气流铺装机的原理是利用气流的作用对施胶刨花进行分选和铺装,其现阶段面临的最大技术难点之一在于对风力气流场性质的研究和控制,影响气流场的环节有很多,如若控制不当,会发生射流、紊流等现象,直接影响刨花板成品质量。气流铺装机风量均匀装置是影响刨花板气流铺装机铺装气流均匀稳定的关键装置。气流铺装机风量均匀装置可通过风管对风力气流场均匀送风,其风量均匀地效果直接影响到刨花铺装板坯表面的光滑平整质量、板坯表面密度的细腻程度及板坯渐变分层度等硬性质量指标。本课题通过研究气流铺装机风量均匀装置对内部气流场的影响规律,把控气流场特性,优化风量均匀装置结构,从而获得较好的板坯表面平整度、板坯表面细腻度和板坯截面渐变分层度,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。

Literature Review

Abstract: In the production of particleboard slabs, particleboard paving machines play a vital role. Among them, airflow paving machines have their own unique functions. The principle of the airflow paving machine is to sort and pave the sizing wood shavings using the effect of airflow. One of the biggest technical difficulties it faces at this stage is the research and control of the nature of the wind airflow field. The links that affect the airflow field are: Many, if improperly controlled, jetting, turbulence and other phenomena will occur, which will directly affect the quality of the finished particleboard. The air flow uniformity device of the airflow spreader is a key device that affects the uniform and stable airflow of the particleboard airflow spreader. The air flow uniformity device of the airflow paving machine can uniformly supply air to the wind flow field through the air duct, and its uniform air flow effect directly affects the smooth and flat quality of the particle paving slab surface, the fineness of the slab surface density and the slab gradient Hard quality indicators such as delamination degree. In this project, by studying the influence of the airflow uniform device on the internal airflow field of the airflow paver, the characteristics of the airflow field are controlled, and the structure of the uniform airflow device is optimized, so as to obtain better slab surface flatness, slab surface fineness and slab. The gradual stratification of the cross-section reduces production costs and improves production efficiency.
