多工位转盘式硬盒包装机械设计和控制

摘要:随着商品制造的迅速发展,实现包装的自动化、高速化十分必要。多工位转盘式硬盒包装机作为一种高效的、优秀的包装机械,将广泛应用于轻工、食品、药物等行业,实现规模化生产。本设计主要阐述了多工位转盘式硬核包装机的工作原理,调查了国内外相关领域对硬核包装工艺、设备及系统构成、关键技术等的研究现状与研究进展。分析了多工位转盘式硬盒包装机现有的技术和存在的问题,明确课题研究的目的和意义。对多工位转盘式硬盒包装机关键机构进行详细的结构与参数化设计,进行总体布局与虚拟样机设计。分析包装机各执行机构的运动规律,并绘制了工作图,编制PLC控制程序,实现多工位伺服协同工作。

关键词:转盘式加工单元,凸轮分割器、PLC伺服控制、多工位包装

Abstract: With the rapid development of commodity economy, It is necessary to realize the automation and high speed of packaging. As an efficient and excellent packaging machine, multi station turntable hard box packaging machine will be widely used in light industry, food, medicine and other industries to achieve large-scale production. This design mainly describes the working principle of multi station turntable hard core packaging machine, and investigates the research status and progress of hard core packaging technology, equipment and system composition, key technology and other related fields at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the existing technology and problems of multi station turntable hard box packaging machine, and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research. The key mechanism of multi station turntable hard box packaging machine is designed in detail, including the structure and parametric design, the overall layout and virtual prototype design. This paper analyzes the motion law of the executive mechanism of the packaging machine, draws the working diagram, compiles the PLC control program, and realizes the multi position servo cooperative work.

  1. 引言

1.1凸轮机构

凸轮机构是具有曲线轮廓或凹槽的构件。凸轮为主动件等速转动,经高副接触被凸轮直接推动的构件称为推杆,只要设计出适当的凸轮轮廓曲线,就可以使从动件推杆获得连续或不连续的预期运动。凸轮机构的优点是简单紧凑,响应快速;缺点是高副点、线接触,机构易发生磨损,且曲线制造加工困难。[1]凸轮按照形状分为盘形凸轮和圆柱凸轮。其中,圆柱凸轮是在圆柱面上开有曲线凹槽,凸轮和推杆位于两个运动平面,是一种空间机构。[2]
