用于氢气加热炉烟气余热回收的翅片板换热器性能研究毕业论文

摘 要

工业锅炉排放的烟气中含有大量水蒸气及污染杂质,其中水蒸气的汽化潜热十分巨大,直接排放不仅极大地浪费了能源,还增加了污染物的排放,因此采用冷凝式换热器将烟气中的显热和潜热进行回收,不仅能够有效地回收余热和废热,还能减小烟气中污染物的含量,在能源紧缺且环境问题日益严重的今天显得十分重要。

传统的板翅式换热器虽然具有传热效率高、结构紧凑、经济性好等特点,但也有通道狭小、易结垢阻塞和抗腐蚀能力较差等缺点,不适于应用在冷凝式烟气余热回收领域。本文对一种用于冷凝式烟气余热回收的新型不锈钢翅片板换热结构进行了研究,主要研究内容、研究方法和结论如下:

(1)综述了翅片板换热器的研究现状、发展趋势及面临的问题,确定了课题的目标。

(2)翅片板换热器工况测试及分析,对余热回收用翅片板换热器的工况进行详细的测试,并对测试数据进行分析研究。

(3)设计并搭建了风洞系统试验台(空气-水蒸汽系统),测试了翅片板换热器在不同工况下的流动传热性能,得到了其f-ReNu-Re性能曲线,结果表明翅片板结构的摩擦因子f随雷诺数的增加而减小,传热因子Nu随雷诺数的增加而增大。

(4)以翅片板换热器设计方法为基础,以扬子石化的“冷凝式烟气余热回收的翅片板换热器应用研究”为例进行了应用分析,建立了一种适用于该新型烟气余热回收装置的设计计算方法。

ABSTRACT

Boiler flue gas contains large amount of water vapor and contaminants,from which the latent heat is enormous. In general way, the boiler flue gas will be discharged directly to air, which not only waste too much energy, but increase the emission of pollutants. Therefore, another approach to deal with the boiler flue gas is proposed in this thesis, that is, the sensible heat and latent heat of flue gas is recycled with condensing heat exchanger. This approach can utilize the waste heat and residual heat effectively and can also reduce the level of contaminants in the flue gas, which is very significant in current situation with the energy shortage and growing environmental problems.

With such characteristics as high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, and good economic performance, conventional plate-fin heat exchangers have many disadvantages, like narrow channel leading to block easily and low ability in corrosion resistance, in which the field of flue gas waste heat recovery is not suitable. In this thesis, a new structure of stainless steel fin-plate heat exchanger for condensing flue gas heat recovery has been studied, and the main contents, methods and conclusions are as follows:

(1) The state-of-art in the application, trends and problems of condensing boiler were summarized at first. Then the aim of the thesis was fixed.

(2) The working condition of fin-plate heat exchanger for flue gas heat recovery is tested in detail, and then the test data is analyzed.

(3) Wind tunnel test system of water vapor-air had been built, and the flow and heat transfer performance of a small sample of plate-fin heat exchanger on the different Reynolds number had been studied through changing the speed of the air. The fins’ surface performance curves of Re-Nu and Re-f had been obtained. The results show that in the structure of the plate-fin friction factor f decreases with increasing Reynolds number, the heat transfer factor Nu with increasing Reynolds number increases.

(4) Based on the fin-plate heat exchanger design methods, with Yangzi's application of analysis "fin-plate heat exchanger for flue gas heat recovery applied research" as an example, the design and calculation method is established which is suitable for new flue gas heat recovery unit.
