圆柱壳反应器超声波声场的布置及强度毕业论文

摘 要

超声波做为一种现代能源,是一个很有研究价值的。而且近年来,水处理高级氧化技术是最近几年里开发的一个创新领域,超声波做为高级氧化工艺的重要分支,所以其在水处理中的应用更是值得去研究与讨论的。本文就传统湿式氧化的不足,提出了用超声波辅助反应的方法。

将超声波其施加于反应介质中,一方面有利于提高传热、传质效率,另一方面则可能破坏颗粒状物料和大分子物料的结构,有利于推动反应过程进行。而其中超声波声场的布置及强度控制是其中的技术难点。本课题针对氧化反应器和超声波的特点,采用有限元数值模拟的方法,研究确定合适的超声波发生装置以及确定合理的超声波声场布置及其声场强度。

本文首先利用理论计算得到了换能器的相关数据,然后对换能器的铝制前盖板,铜制后盖板以及陶瓷制的压电部分建立了超声探头的简单模型,通过分析不同频率下压电陶瓷与铝制前盖板接触部分的振幅来确定本换能器的共振频率,最后将设计得到的换能器用于分析圆柱壳反应器的超声波声场。

本文利用Comsol计算软件型建立了超声探头与圆柱壳反应器声场耦合的模型。首先分析了单个换能器对反应器内部声场的影响,但得到的结果不是十分理想。然后提出了优化方案,分析在一共振频率下,增加换能器个数对反应器内部声场的影响,最后果得到了比较满意的仿真结果。

Abstract

Ultrasound as a modern energy, is a very valuable research. And in recent years, advanced oxidation of water treatment technology is developed in recent years, an innovative field, ultrasound as an important branch of advanced oxidation process, so its application in water treatment is worth to study and discuss. In this paper, the traditional wet oxidation of the lack of the proposed method of ultrasonic assisted reaction.

The application of ultrasonic waves in the reaction medium, on the one hand is conducive to improve the heat transfer, mass transfer efficiency, on the other hand may destroy the granular materials and macromolecular materials structure, is conducive to promoting the reaction process. And the arrangement of ultrasonic sound field and intensity control is one of the technical difficulties.

    In this paper, the finite element numerical simulation method is used to determine the suitable ultrasonic generating device and to determine the reasonable ultrasonic field arrangement and its sound field intensity. In this paper, the relative data of the transducer are obtained by theoretical calculation. Then the front aluminum cap, back to the cover of copper and piezoelectric ceramics, was formed in a simple model of ultrasonic transducers. The contact between amplitude is determined by the cover of piezoelectric and aluminum by analyzing the resonant frequencies of a different frequency sensor.Finally, the designed transducer is used to analyze the ultrasonic sound field of the cylindrical shell reactor.

    In this paper, the model of ultrasonic field coupling between ultrasonic probe and cylindrical reactor is established by using Comsol software. Firstly, the influence of single transducer on the internal sound field of the reactor is analyzed, but the result is not very ideal. Then the optimization scheme is proposed to analyze the influence of the number of transducers on the sound field inside the reactor at a resonant frequency, and finally the satisfactory results are obtained.
