扬巴E1202冷凝器筒体开裂分析毕业论文

摘 要

本文通过针对发生在对某公司的失效冷凝器筒体进行勘测、取样试验分析,综合了现有的文献资料,并进行了试验分析,来得出冷凝器的失效结论。主要对现有的大部分的冷凝器筒体制造时材料的选用进行了解查证和分析,为了研究损伤相关开裂机制,通过相关实验研究,查找开裂原因,提出相关制造工艺避免类似事件的重复发生,对冷凝器工作时候的环境以及工作情况进行了解,分析某公司失效冷凝器筒体裂纹产生的理由,并且要给出一些工程上的建议。结合了一定的材料性质的分析,了解制造筒体所用材料的各方面性能,从宏观和微观两个方面进行分析,了解这种金属材料的优缺点。全面分析检验筒体所用材料产生裂纹失效的理由。从而使得制造出来的冷凝器能够避免再次发生类似的失效情况,能够可靠的实现规划的工作。

abstract

In this paper, the cause of the accident is analyzed through the analysis of the survey and sampling analysis of the failure condenser tube, which took place in Jiangsu Yangzi Petrochemical Basf Inc. In order to study and analyze the materials selected by most condenser tubes at home and abroad, in order to study the mechanism of damage related cracking, the causes of cracking are found through relevant experimental research, and the related manufacturing processes are put forward to avoid the repetition of similar events, the working principle and working environment of the condenser are understood, and the case is analyzed. The causes of failure are concluded, and engineering suggestions are given. Combined with a certain mechanical calculation, the mechanical properties of the selected materials are understood. From the two aspects of macro and micro analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of this kind of metal materials are understood, and the reasons for the failure and failure of the materials used in the cylinder are fully examined. This ensures that the condenser with high quality, low cost, high production efficiency, high adaptability to working conditions and working environment can operate safely and reliably.
