废旧强碱性阴离子交换树脂复苏工艺实验研究毕业论文

摘 要

随着工业补给水中污染物的增加,工业水处理领域中常用的离子交换树脂受污染程度日益严重,情况也趋于复杂。主要研究内容如下:

  1. 有机物污染强碱性阴树脂并使有机物泄漏到锅炉、汽轮机等热力设备中,造成工作交换容量减少,制水周期越来越短,出水水质下降等现象。而这些现象均会造成树脂使用寿命的减少,甚至可能会直接造成树脂的报废,这使得企业的生产运营成本的增加,同时也造成了资源和能源的浪费,对环境产生了严重的污染。
  2. 复苏树脂是为了去除附着在其表面及内部的污染物,使树脂能够尽可能的达到其原来的交换容量,便于企业的二次利用,以减轻企业经济负担并降低废旧树脂对环境的污染。本研究的研究对象为强碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂,结合常规复苏工艺,对其进行工艺优化,以到达降低企业运行成本及节约可利用资源的双重目的。
  3. 对201×7型强碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂进行静态复苏和动态复苏试验,并测量阴离子树脂的交换容量以计算复苏率进而得出结论。通过试验,确定了最佳复苏液的配比,时间和复苏液体积。采用盐碱混合液有效地去除了有机物。在复苏液较优配比的情况下,改变复苏时间,加入不同的复苏液体积对树脂进行静态复苏。在复苏药剂较优的情况下,对其进行动态复苏,以获得其在动态复苏下的适宜条件。通过对比观察两种试验的数据,得出动态复苏明显优于前者的结论,且动态复苏减少了复苏药剂的用量,也缩短了其复苏时间。

ABSTRACT

With the increase of pollutants in industrial replenishment water, the ion exchange resins commonly used in the field of industrial water treatment are becoming more and more polluted, and the situation is becoming more complicated.

  1. Organic matter contaminates the strong base anion resin and causes the organic matter to leak into boilers, steam turbines and other thermal equipment, resulting in reduced working exchange capacity, shortened water production cycle, lower effluent quality and increased sensitivity to temperature and flow rate. These phenomena will shorten the service life of the resin.
  2. In severe cases, the resin may be scrapped, which will increase the economic burden on the company, at the same time cause waste of resources and energy, and cause serious pollution to the environment. Resin recovery is to remove the contaminants on the resin, in order to restore the resin exchange capacity and extend the service life of the resin. In this study, the strong basic styrene-based anion resin is taken as the research object, combined with the conventional recovery process, the process is optimized to achieve the dual purpose of reducing the operating cost of the enterprise and saving the available resources.
  3. The 201 × 7 strong basic styrene anion exchange resin was subjected to static recovery and dynamic recovery tests, and the exchange capacity of the anion resin was measured to calculate the regeneration rate and draw conclusions. Through experiments, the optimal ratio, time and volume of resuscitation fluid were determined. The organic compound is effectively removed by using the salt-alkali mixed solution. In the case of the best ratio of resuscitation fluid, change the resuscitation time and add different volumes of resuscitation fluid to perform the resuscitation experiment. Use the selected ratio to dynamically recover the resin and re-determine its recovery conditions. By comparing the data of the two experiments, it is concluded that the dynamic recovery is significantly better than the former. Dynamic resuscitation saves time and volume of resuscitation fluid compared to static resuscitation.
