G家居公司物流配送系统方案设计毕业论文

摘 要

在二十一世纪,国际和国内市场风云变换,新的科学技术的发展加速推动了各行产业模式的大变革,信息化和市场透明化使得企业之间的竞争已经演变的越来越激烈,报告曾有过这样的数据,小企业在中国存活的平均时间是2-3年,制造业500强的平均利润率是多少呢?其实还不到5%。物流——作为占到企业总成本20%甚至30%的环节,正在进入大众的视野,“物流是第三方利润源”已成为一个事实。国内外物流方向的学术思想和科研成果越来越深入,如果能够运用到企业的生产实践中去,通过系统的设计与优化,必能为企业物流的发展带来变革。

本文主要通过对G家居企业现有物流状况分析,发现其备货库存量大、配送效率低下,并运用流系统规划与分析方法找出其配送中心选址、配送线路设计的优化方案,结合实际情况设计物流配送系统并预测改善后效果。研究方法和途径主要来说,搜集资料、分析和研究现在已经存有的管理成果、总体分析与个案分析相结合等。在实际过程中分析发现问题,总结归纳数据,分析处理设定合适方案。用到了文献资料法、现场观察、综述法和图表分析法等相关手法,具体操作时分别采用迭代重心法优化配送中心选址、采用节约里程法优化配送路径、采用作业相关图和从至表法优化布局,并得到一个优化后的物流解决方案。

The Optimization And Design Of Logistics Delivery System For G Corp.LTD.

ABSTRACT

In our 21st century, the market of international and domestic situation has been changing rapidly. The development of new science and technology has been accelerating the big reform for operation model within each industry. Information and market transparency have evolved the competition among enterprises more and more intense. There are reports that China’s small businesses average survival age is 2 to 3 years, with the situation that top 500 manufacturing enterprises’ average profit margin is less than 5%. How to maintain profit margins in a price war to ensure the healthy development of enterprises? To reduce the cost! Logistics, as the segment accounted for 20% or even 30% of the total cost, is entering the public. ”Logistics industry is the third-party profit source.” has been a reality.

In this article, we analyze G’s logistics and use system analysis methods to find out the optimization design of distribution center location as well as delivery route. Then we give solutions and design a delivery system combined with actual situation .Also, we predict the effect of improvement. Data collection, analysis of existing management results research, combination of overall analysis and case analysis. First we discover a problem in the actual process, analysis will come with the summarized data. Also, we process to set the appropriate program with analysis by using observation, summary and chart analysis method, etc. In specific operations, to optimize the distribution center, we use iterative gravity method. mileage saving method is used to optimize the distribution routed ,job-related graphs and to the table is used to optimize the layout. We strive to get an optimal logistics solution.
