Abstract—The boilerrsquo;s drum water level is a material balance indicator between which are the output of steam and water supply. It is a parameter of both the security and the quality. Some questions in the existing automatic control system of the boiler of water level are the low-control accuracy, the poor dynamic characteristics, the weak anti-interference ability and the high energy expenditure, etc. This article describes a new way of boiler of water level of automatic control system for the robustness. We design a new measuring device of drum water level measuring devices and constitute a single closed-loop control system combined with the technology of frequency conversion. We also give a practical example to illustrate the its actual effect.

1. INTRODUCTION

As the important operation parameters the boilerrsquo;s drum water level are needed for automatic control. At present the boilerrsquo;s drum water level automatic control mostly adopts traditional three impulse PID control or using adaptive method, fuzzy control rule. But the automatic control effect of the boilerrsquo;s water level is not ideal now, there are still some problems such as the low accuracy, the poor dynamic characteristics, weak anti-interference ability and high energy consumption.

锅炉汽包水位作为锅炉的重要运行参数,需要进行自动控制。目前 锅炉汽包水位自动控制主要采用传统的三脉冲PID控制或采用自适应方法,模糊控制规则。但是自动控制的效果现在锅炉的水位不理想,还有一些精度低、动态性差等问题特点,抗干扰能力弱,能量高消费。

II.THE STUDY ON THE NEW BOILER AUTOMATIC CONTROL

A. The Original Boiler Water Level Control System

As the objects in the boiler water level within the automatic control system boiler drum water level establish the mathematical model in the current boiler automatic control system.

We can see that the disturbance of the drum water level changes is mainly steam flow(called external disturbance) and water flow (called within disturbance). But the measurement feedback of the boiler automatic control system is drum water level of the outside balance container. The internal and external water deviation is bigger because of the changes in temperature and pressure. On the basis of automatic control system and strong composed of water level is difficult to achieve high precision anti-interference ability. The project team carried on the long-term research and practice on boiler water level automatic control and developed the superior performance of the system. According to the problems we successfully developed the new balance container which is closer to the theoretical model, really reflect the drum water level within. At the same time, we used the robust design method.

B. The Advantage of the New Bolier Automatic Control System

Through the analysis and comparison, to obtain low sensitivity and narrowing the deviation, when G (s) is constant, the system only improves the sensitivity of H (s).
