CNFs-rGO-ppy核壳复合纤维的制备与研究

摘要:随着工业化加速发展,能源枯竭和环境污染问题备受重视,人们愈加需求可再生可循环的稳定清洁能源,而风能、太阳能、水能等能源最终大多转换为电能供给社会发展的各个用电方向,电能的储存成为新的研究重点。超级电容器作为一种不同于传统电容器和电池的新型储能设备,因其高储能性、高功率性、高稳定性、环境友好性、快充性、循环寿命长等优良性能可广泛应用于军用、 民用市场。本课题的原料选用易获取、可再生、环保无污染的纳米纤维素和具有超强机械性能的石墨烯,先利用湿法纺丝制备纳米纤维素/石墨烯复合纤维,再使用导电聚合物聚吡咯(PPy)与其发生聚合反应产生核壳结构得到性能更优异的纳米纤维素/还原氧化石墨烯/聚吡咯核壳结构超级电容器;课题还对所得复合纤维进行电镜测试、电化学性能测试、力学性能测试等多个测试,并分析测试数据来证明该种电容器的电极材料性能。此课题在原料选取、制备工艺、影响因素、结构特点和性能测试等方面对超级电容器电极材料等相关可穿戴电子设备与器件领域的研究具有一定理论意义和潜在的应用价值。

Abstract:With the accelerated development of industrialization, the problems of Energy depletion and environmental pollution have attracted much attention.There is a growing demand for renewable, recyclable, stable and clean energy,A large part of the energy sources such as water energy, wind energy and solar energy are eventually converted into various directions of electricity supply for social development,The Storage of Electric Energy has become a New Research focus.Supercapacitor as a new type of energy storage equipment which is different from traditional capacitors and batteries,Because of its high energy storage, high power, high stability, environment friendliness, fast charging, long cycle life and other excellent properties, it can be widely used in military and civil markets.The raw materials of this subject are easy to obtain, renewable, environmentally friendly and pollution-free nanocellulose and graphene with super mechanical properties.Firstly,lining-up the Nano Cellulose/graphene Composite Fiber by Wet spinning,than The core-shell structure of Cellulose nanofibers/reduced graphene oxide/polypyrrole supercapacitor with better properties;In addition, the composite fibers were tested by electron microscope, electrochemical performance,mechanical properties and so on,the test data are analyzed to verify the electrode material performance of the capacitor.This topic has certain theoretical significance and potential application value for the research of supercapacitor electrode materials in the aspects of raw material selection, preparation process, influencing factors, structural characteristics and performance test.
