摘要

本次设计的题目是工业用PP朔料袋装箱装置设计,设计是针对我国包装行业,尤其是朔料袋生产后的装箱过程中遇到的一系列问题而进行的。朔料袋尤其是较大型的PP朔料袋生产之后到装箱保存之间的过程依然较难找到一款适用的装置完成自动装箱。因此,本次设计的主要目的就是设计一款旨在能完成PP朔料袋被生产完成后到被装箱封存之间的收纳整理与装箱的装置,针对PP朔料袋装箱装置设计展开研究,对整理、集合、装箱工艺过程进行分析,完成包装机械装置的设计与计算、机构的运动分析、零部件选型、三维建模及工程图绘制等设计内容。

装置的设计主要分为两大部分。一是收纳整理机构,设计目的是对生产完成后的PP朔料袋进行整理,使其按要求成摞堆叠以待后续装箱。该部分设计经过方案对比后确定由单独的收纳整理箱来完成,通过箱体内部的两层隔板配合,能定量的将PP朔料袋成摞堆码。二是抓取装箱装置,设计目的是将收纳整理装置整理好的成摞PP朔料袋码入瓦楞纸箱以待封装和后续使用。该部分的设计在几个方案之间选择了使用抓取机械手来完成,最后的成果是设计一款可供使用的抓取机械手。

本篇文章是对设计过程的记录与整理说明,书写时的顺序与内容如下:

首先介绍了研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究的目的及意义。在此基础上设计总体方案,通过不同方案的对比分析找到合适的解决方案,为设计指出了总体方向。然后分别从收纳整理机构和抓取装箱机构两个大方向出发,对于各个零部件的选取与设计做出说明与计算。最后为设计总结。对设计的过程和成果做出总结,同时指出可能存在的不足,对未来相关设计的发展做出展望。

Abstract

Design topic is industrial PP plastic bag packing device design, the design is aimed at China's packaging industry, especially after the production of plastic bags in the packing process encountered a series of problems. Bags, especially the larger ones, PP the process between production and storage is still difficult to find a suitable device to complete automatic packing. Therefore, the main purpose of this design is to design a device designed to complete the storage and packing between the finished production of PP plastic bags and the boxed and sealed, to carry out research on the design of PP plastic bag packing device, to analyze the process of finishing, assembling and packing, to complete the design and calculation of packaging machinery device, mechanism motion analysis, parts selection, three-dimensional modeling and engineering drawing, and so on.

The design of the device is mainly divided into two parts. First, the storage and finishing mechanism, the design purpose is to finish the production of PP plastic bags, so that they stack according to the requirements for subsequent packing. After the scheme comparison, the design of this part is determined to be completed by a separate storage and finishing box, through the two layers of partition inside the box body, can quantitatively stack PP plastic bags. And the second is to grab the packing device, the design purpose is to arrange the storage and finishing device into a stack PP plastic bag code into corrugated box for packaging and subsequent use. This part of the design between several options to choose the use of grab manipulator to complete, the final result is to design a usable grab manipulator.

Firstly, the research background, research status at home and abroad, research purpose and significance are introduced. On this basis, the overall scheme is designed, and the aPPropriate solution is found through the comparative analysis of different schemes, and the overall direction is pointed out for the design. Then the selection and design of each part are explained and calculated respectively from the two directions of collecting and finishing mechanism and grabbing packing mechanism. Finally for the design summary. Summarize the design process and results, point out the possible deficiencies, and look forward to the future development of relevant design.
