基于不同消费定位的中式外卖食品包装的改良设计及应用毕业论文

摘 要

本文通过文献研究,案例分析,调查问卷等方法来对中式餐饮外卖行业进行了调查研究,发现目前国内餐饮外卖包装中存在的优缺点,最后通过实践应用法,选取了特点的餐饮品牌,针对旗下的具体产品进行外卖包装的设计改良,借助了SolidWorks,Keyshot,Photoshop,ArtiosCAD,AI等多个软件来进行实际设计的绘图,所得结果对于改良目前餐饮行业的外卖包装有一定的推动作用。

论文主要研究了针对不同消费定位的中式外卖包装的改良设计,其主要研究内容如下:

首先提出了此次课题的研究背景,分析了国内外外卖包装的发展现状,提出了本次设计的意义和目的。接着则是在总体上分析了目前中式外卖包装在材料,结构和造型方面存在的问题。然后对中式餐饮外卖进行了分类,并根据分类选出了具有代表性的两个品牌,老乡鸡和蔡林记,并对这两个品牌的外卖包装进行了具体分析,找出存在的问题,提出了结解决思路。还通过发布调查问卷探究了实际消费者对于目前外卖包装的真实需求和想法。最后针对已选定的品牌旗下的具体外卖产品进行外卖包装的改良设计实践,并对先前完成的工作进行总结。

本文的特色:采用了多种方法结合进行分析设计,利用了SolidWorks,Keyshot等多种软件,设计的依据来源于对于现实生活中外卖包装存在的优缺点,并参考了调查问卷结果中大众对外卖包装意见,此外,还在一定程度上结合了此次疫情来完成本次设计。

Abstract

Through literature research, case analysis, questionnaire and other methods, this article investigated the Chinese food and beverage delivery industry, and found the advantages and disadvantages of the current domestic food and beverage delivery packaging. Finally through practical application, the characteristic food and beverage brand were found to carry on the takeaway packing design improvement according to the concrete product under the banner. During the process, software like SolidWorks, Keyshot, Photoshop, ArtiosCAD, AI and so on were used to carry on the actual design drawing. The results are helpful to the improvement of take-out food packaging in the catering industry. The paper mainly studies the improvement design of Chinese take-out packaging for different consumption orientation, the main research contents are as follows:

The first chapter puts forward the research background of this topic, analyzes the development status of the domestic and foreign take-out packaging, demonstrates the significance and aim of the design. The second chapter is the overall analysis of the current Chinese take-out packaging in materials, structure and modeling problems.In the third chapter, the Chinese food and beverage take-away is classified, and according to the classification, two representative brands, Laoxiangji chicken and Cai Linji, are selected, and the packaging of take-away food of these two brands is specifically analyzed to find out the existing problems, put forward to settle a train of thought were put forward to settle the problems. And a questionnaire was released to explore the actual consumer for the current take-out packaging real needs and ideas. The final part carries on the improved design practice of the take-away packaging according to the specific take-away products of the selected brands, and gave a summary of the work done previously.

Features of this paper: A variety of methods for analysis and design were used in this article. And software such as SolidWorks, Keyshot also worked as tools in the process of design. The basis for design comes from the advantages and disadvantages of real-life take-out packaging. This article referred to the questionnaire results of the public on the take-away packaging, and also to a certain extent combined with the epidemic this year.

第一章 绪论

1.1论文研究背景

“外卖”一词其实并非现代社会所独有的,追根溯源,我们可以发现,早在北宋时期,画家张择所绘的《清明上河图》中,就可以窥见外卖的踪影。图中有一处名为“十千脚店”的铺子,“脚店”过去指的是供人短暂休息的小客店,我们可以看见,在下图中,有一个伙计打扮的人,一手抓着筷子,另一只手端着饭,身上还围着围裙,是要将饭送往哪里去一样,这不就与我们现代的外卖行业很是接近了吗?
