摘 要

近年来，国家经济的飞速发展，给人们的衣食住行，带来翻天覆地的改变。在出行这一方面，拥有私家车的家庭数量与日俱增。对于很多企业来讲，一般至少都配备几台汽车用于办公，有的企业需要大量机车来满足日常的工作需求。对于这些企业来讲，车辆的管理工作是非常重要的。车辆自动化管理，能够有效降低管理成本，节省人力物力及财力。基于B/S的车辆管理系统，能够有效地解决企业车辆管理问题，从而提高工作效率。

本系统主要针对车辆管理中的档案、分配、维修、保养、年检及安全等常见问题，提出一系列可行的解决方案。所谓B/S架构，即Browser/Server模式，是开发中很常见的一种设计模式，该模式中用户通过浏览器即可完成一系列操作。本系统采用的技术方案是ASP技术，ASP是一种很实用的动态网页开发技术。它采用html和脚本语言混合编码形式，来实现强大的功能。用户在访问本系统时，通过浏览器与服务器进行交互完成数据传输，管理人员使用该系统可以轻松地对企业车辆进行管理。

如何开发一款界面友好、功能完善、操作简单的车辆管理系统，是本文的主要研究目的。

Abstract

In recent years,the rapid development of national economy have brought earth-shaking changes to the daily life of people.In the aspect of people’s transportation,the quantity of family who possess private cars have growed with each passing day. It is an very common phenomena for many enterprises which is equipped with a few vehicles for official business,some enterprises need a large number of locomotive to meet the demand of daily work. For these enterprises,the management work of vehicle is very important. The automation management of vehicle can reduce the management cost effectively,and economize manpower, material and financial resources. The vehicle management system based on B/S architecture can resolve the problem of vehicle management effectively,and then improve the work efficiency.

This system in allusion to the vehicle management’s common problems of archives,distribution,maintenance,inspection and safety etc,to put forward a series of feasible solutions. The B/S structure,in fact is the Browser/Server mode exactly,it is a common design patter of program development. In this pattern,the users implement a series of operations through the browser. The technical proposal of this system is the ASP technology,the ASP is a very practical dynamic web development technology. It uses the hybrid coding of html and script language to implement powerful features. When the users access this system,they complete the data transmission through the interaction of browser and server,the managers of system use it can manage the vehicles of enterprises easily.

How to develop a vehicle management system with friendly interface,complete functions and simple operation,is the main research purpose of this article.

第1章 引言

1.1 课题背景

近年来，随着中国经济的超高速发展，人们出行对于汽车的需求越来越大，汽车已经从奢侈品，慢慢变为主流交通工具之一。随着生活水平的提高，以前只有富裕家庭才能消费的起的小汽车，现在大量涌入普通家庭，私家汽车的消费逐渐成为主流，私人汽车的使用量越来越大，有的私人家庭甚至拥有多台汽车。而对于一般企业单位来讲，一般都至少配有几台汽车，对于拥有大量机车的企业单位来说，车辆的管理与调度工作，是一项非常重要的工作。随着汽车数量与日俱增，带来的问题日益突出，如何对企业各种类型的车辆进行合理分配调度、发挥其应有的作用，如何管理汽车档案、行车、维修、保养、车险、费用、年检以及安全等问题，是企业单位亟待解决的问题。
