摘 要

随着社会的进步，在现代化的企业经营中，需要处理的信息量愈发庞大，传统的手工处理方法已经难以适用，尤其像百货公司这类企业需要处理的信息更是多而繁杂。为了解决百货公司处理信息比较困难这一问题，本次毕设采用java语言设计了一个百货公司进销存管理及数据分析系统。

本系统旨在为现代化的百货公司在贸易过程中的进货、销售、库存管理提供一个自由灵活的模板，高效率地处理信息并且通过一系列的数据分析为公司提出一些具有建设性的建议。考虑到设计的合理性和实用性，本系统先是被设计为五大模块，包括：基本管理（用户管理和供应商管理）、进货管理、销售管理、库存管理和系统管理。然后再具体设计每个模块的相关功能。最终进行整合和优化。

而本论文从课题背景出发，就课题的意义为出发点，分别从需求分析、总体设计方案、详细设计方案、各功能模块的实现以及测试和优化等各个方面介绍了本系统的完成过程，并作出收获总结。

Department store purchase and sale management and data analysis system based on B/S structure

Abstract

With the progress of the society, in the modern enterprise management, the amount of information needed to be processed is becoming more and more large. The traditional manual processing method has been difficult to apply, especially the information that the department stores such enterprises need to deal with is more and more complicated. In order to solve the problem that department stores are difficult to deal with information, the Java language is used to design a department store management and data analysis system.

The purpose of this system is to provide a free and flexible template for the modern department stores in the trade process of stock, sales and inventory management, processing the information efficiently and putting forward some constructive suggestions for the company through a series of data analysis.Considering the rationality and practicability of the design, the system is first designed as five major modules, including: basic management (user management and supplier management), purchase management, sales management, inventory management and system management. Then design the specific functions of each module. Finally, the integration and optimization are carried out.

In this paper, from the background of the subject, the significance of the subject is the starting point, and the completion process of the system is introduced from the requirements analysis, the overall design scheme, the detailed design scheme, the realization of each functional module, and the test and optimization.

第一章 项目概述

1.1课题背景

如今社会经济大发展，国内的企业也在不断地发展和进步，以此同时管理企业的方法也要不断改革和进步。过去的企业管理方法已无法适应当下的复杂形式。越来越多的国内企业已将计算机技术应用到日常经营管理当中。而在国外，早在几十年前就已经逐步将将计算机技术运用到生活中的方方面面，如今在企业管理方面更是已经将计算机技术运用得炉火纯青。在这样的社会大背景下不难看出：谁能够掌握更多的知识，获得更大的信息量，拥有更快的信息处理速度和更大的信息处理批量，谁的效率就更加高，谁就能从容地应对各种竞争^[1]。因此，我国企业应当尽快科学合理地运用起先进的计算机技术来管理企业。科学合理的运用计算机技术不但可以使企业的管理工作更加具有规范性、提高整体自动化程度，而且还可以节省大量财力、人力、物力。
